“Easy collaboration for teams”
Pros
With so many project management platforms out there, this one has been the best fit for me over the past couple of years. It's simple and user friendly which makes it really practical for keeping track of team tasks and larger projects. It works especially well for software development, marketing, creative work and plenty of other team setups. It helps me stay organized, stay on top of everything I am responsible for and the app itself is really useful for collaboration.
Cons
My only real complaint is that the premium plans feel too expensive when you're signing up as a team.

“Team communication”
Pros
Getting started with the product was challenging at first because it came to me as a blank setup and I needed to bring in someone to help design and organize the templates. Once that was in place, it became much easier to manage the software, assign tasks and projects to different team members and keep everyone better connected. Overall our team communication improved a lot.
Cons
The part I liked least was the initial setup especially integrating templates for the different departments in the company. That said once an expert with more knowledge of the software handled it, the process was completed properly.

“Reliable task tracking overall”
Pros
Task management has worked well for us and supports the way our team stays organized.
Cons
The reporting options feel limited and there's no built-in privacy setting to give team members restricted access to certain task updates. Support is also limited to the community which can be frustrating when you need direct help.

“Flexible collaboration that delivers”
Pros
Project management tools don't need to be complicated to be useful like if they keep everything organized, they're doing the job well. Since rolling it out to our team, we've spent far less time creating trackers, passing around documents and sitting in sync meetings just to share project updates. It's flexible and comfortable to work in so I can leave it open all day and jump in whenever I need to update tasks or check progress. Collaboration seems much more organized and the goals feature makes it simple to connect day to day work back to broader strategy.
Cons
I'd still like to see more automation although part of that is probably because we haven't set up many integrations with the rest of our tools yet. The ones we do use, like Gmail and Slack, have worked really well so I am guessing there are more useful options for us to explore later on.

“Highly organized projects”
Pros
It keeps information really well organized, whether it's tasks, subtasks, clients or every project tied to a specific client.
Cons
Compared with Jira or Monday.com, it's not quite as clear when it comes to visualizing progress or spotting exactly where a project is getting stuck.

“Highly powerful project tracking”
Pros
Project management is where this software really shines. Setting up projects, adding milestones, creating tasks and keeping track of progress all work very well and are easy to manage. It's also very effective for monitoring individual activity and identifying backlogs or delays through reporting. Reports can be created quickly with project templates and shared easily with different stakeholders. Overall it gives users and teams strong project management functionality.
Cons
One ongoing challenge is the frequent version updates which can be difficult for organizations to keep up with. Those updates also create syncing problems with other systems, leading to integration issues. Another downside is the customer support which tends to be slow and often takes several calls before a problem gets resolved. The whole process can be very time-consuming especially because it takes a while for them to fully understand the issue before fixing it.

“Versatile drag-and-drop workflow”
Pros
One feature that really works well is the drag-and-drop setup. I can toss in anything I come across that seems useful such as links, text, photos and more and then come back later to sort and filter everything.
Cons
Up to this point I haven't run into any issues while using it and I honestly haven't noticed any downsides worth mentioning.

“Team progress tracking wins”
Pros
Keeping projects organized has been much better for me and my team with this tool and it helps us stay on schedule while making sure everything gets carried out properly. The task percentage tracker is especially useful because it gives us a clear view of overall progress and it has worked really well for helping our team complete tasks within the planned timeframe.
Cons
One thing I'd really like to see is more integration options added to the platform. It would be very helpful to connect more third party services and pair them with the software to make our workflows more organized. The native calendar app also feels a bit weak especially in terms of its display view and I hope that gets improved.

“Reusable templates boost productivity”
Pros
After trying several tools for tracking tasks and projects like Salesforce, Google Calendar and others this has been the most effective one for keeping my work organized and helping both me and my team stay productive. One of the biggest advantages is the ability to build reusable task and project templates so I don't have to set up the same project from scratch with 20 tasks and five subtasks each every time.
Cons
The thing that would make it even better is notifications and reminders. I can always check my task list and calendar but I am not sitting in the platform all day so it would be really useful if time sensitive items could pop up when they need attention. It's not something that stops me from getting my work done but having that feature would definitely be ideal.

“Fantastic for agency workflows”
Pros
Yes it is easy to use and it integrates with a wide range of other tools including Slack. The combination of those integrations and the user friendly interface makes it an excellent fit for our agency.
Cons
One area that could be better is searching for files within a project. That has been a frustrating point for our agency. It should improve once we move our files to the cloud but it's still something other agencies should keep in mind if they depend heavily on file search.

“Useful integrations”
Pros
Asana is a decent tool and the interface is simple to understand. The free plan offers a lot of value and the integrations are a big plus.
Cons

“Simple teamwork that delivers”
Pros
Whether I am using it as a collaborator or stepping in as a Project Manager, it really shines because of how simple it is. It makes coordinating a team, assigning tasks and staying updated on project progress much easier so it ends up being a big help overall.
Cons
At first it can come across as almost too basic but once you spend some time with it, that simplicity actually turns out to be one of its biggest strengths.

“all in one productivity boost”
Pros
From day one, Asana has felt like an outstanding piece of software. It covers everything a business needs in one multifunction platform. The biggest advantage is that all the tools are kept in one place making them simple to access and very user friendly. I'd absolutely recommend it to anyone who wants to work more efficiently and consistently deliver quality results on time.
Cons
I haven't run into any downsides with this software. On top of everything I mentioned, it also offers basic training and master training which adds even more value. It's definitely worth trying.

“Clear project coordination”
Pros
It makes coordinating our projects look nice and easy. I can clearly see what I need to focus on, what everyone else is working on and keep all the important details together in one spot.
Cons
I feel like the export file format options for sending out projects are a bit too limited and I often have to convert them afterward into other common, useful formats.

“Highly powerful collaboration”
Pros
Asana has been really impressive for the way it brings everything together in one place. The security feels reliable, the free plan offers a lot of value and the prioritization tools help keep work organized. It also works very well for team collaboration and communication and I appreciate having features for suggestions or requests, meeting management and even bug tracking built into the same platform.
Cons
Getting started can feel a bit overwhelming for new users because there is a lot to take in at first. It's also limiting that each task can only have a single assignee and the lack of built-in time tracking is definitely a missing piece.

Pros
