“Collaboration tool i really enjoy”
Pros
Among the tools I use, this is definitely one of my favorites. Along with Trello, it works really well for team collaboration and helps keep shared work organized.
Cons
The only downside is that At the beginning it takes a little time to get comfortable with how everything works.

“Team coordination that clicks”
Pros
Working with my corporate dance fitness team over the past month has been much more organized thanks to this tool. It's been a really effective way for all of us to stay aligned and keep track of what's going on. We're able to assign tasks to ourselves or to each other, jot down notes, share updates across devices and keep communication flowing in one place. The email notifications for new tasks or any changes are especially useful because they help us stay on top of everything that still needs to be done.
Cons
At this point I really haven't come across anything that seems to need major improvement although that could change as I continue using it over time.

“Powerful workflows”
Pros
One thing that really stands out with this software is how many useful features it packs in. The most valuable ones for me are scheduling, Kanban boards, calendars and resource management. On top of that its strongest point is the excellent integration with other apps and the process automation options. The interface is clean and user friendly which makes daily work much more comfortable. Another big advantage is the portfolio feature since it lets professionals track project progress and status in real time. Pricing is also well thought out, with different plans that make it affordable for both individuals and companies. Lastly, getting started with it is fairly convenient because it works across multiple platforms.
Cons
It doesn't offer a desktop version. Another limitation is that the free plan only supports up to 15 users. Also to really take full advantage of all the tools, it helps to already have some prior experience with this kind of software.

“Fantastic task organization tool”
Pros
Running my online store is much more organized with this tool. I can plan all my pending tasks as well as the ones assigned to my employees, place each task in the right category and they can simply move it to completed when finished. One of the best parts is that it offers a free version and it works really well.
Cons
Overall it's excellent but the email notification feature doesn't seem to work properly for me when there's a task to complete. It would be much better if my employees automatically received an email whenever I assign them a task.

“powerful team collaboration hub”
Pros
Asana has been an excellent collaboration platform for our team, helping us stay on top of all kinds of tasks in one place. The interface is simple to navigate, it feels flexible and fast in daily use and it comes packed with useful features. The Timeline view is especially helpful because it makes planning and managing work much easier.
Cons
That said it is not the best fit for graphics-heavy work and the pricing is a bit higher compared with some competing tools.

“Reliable task management experience”
Pros
I like the clean design and the mobile app. Though I feel like adding an expiration date for each project would keep things tidy. But overall it's easy to figure out and use.
Cons
It would be better with stronger analytics for users and the fact that each task can only be assigned to one person feels limiting.

“Smooth integrations”
Pros
Getting around the program is very easy and hassle-free. That's usually the first thing I pay attention to when I am learning new software and this one is about as uncomplicated as it gets. Another big plus is the long list of second and third party tools it integrates with so well. Because of that teams adopting it can usually keep their existing workflows in place with little to no disruption.
Cons
The range of file formats for exporting projects still feels a bit limited so I often have to use an extra conversion step to get them into other common and equally useful formats.

“Stylish design”
Pros
Our team really enjoyed the overall look of the app. It worked well for us but the biggest highlight was the visual design and being able to customize the theme to match our preferences.
Cons
This might have been something I accidentally enabled but I don't remember opting into notifications. I started getting emails about my tasks and that became pretty disruptive.

“Task tracking that keeps teams aligned”
Pros
Keeping up with deadlines is much more manageable with this because I can track tasks against a clear timeline. It also lets me assign work to team members and keeps everyone else updated on project progress through notifications. That has cut down a lot on email which was sometimes difficult to follow and keep organized.
Cons
One thing that would really improve it is the ability to turn a sub-task into a main task with a simple drag-and-drop action in the List tab.

“Flexible task movement”
Pros
Being able to move tasks from one project to another is really helpful and makes organizing work much more convenient.
Cons
The thing I'd change is the left hand column as I'd rather see all of my projects there without some of the extra options mixed in. That said it's not a major issue since everything is still easy to access from the home screen.

“Reliable task tracking for teams”
Pros
Among the project management tools I have used this has been the most effective for handling the projects my team and I run, whether they're simple, complex or time sensitive. Assigning tasks to specific team members is also easy and they receive a notification directly in their inbox so it's very hard for anything to go unnoticed.
Cons
There are still a few tools missing that I need for long-term project planning. It's not a major issue for us right now because we can integrate the system with additional third-party software to cover those needs but it would be much better if those features were available as built-in tools.

“Client project flow shines”
Pros
Managing client projects with this has worked really well and I can still send the relevant details over to the engineering team in Jira while passing notes to HubSpot through Zapier.
Cons
One thing I'd still love to see is a folder-style structure that lets me organize boards one level deeper, like Client Type > Client > Boards.

“Team visibility that delivers”
Pros
Back when our organization shifted during the COVID-19 emergency, we started using Asana to keep projects and team tasks under control and I have now worked with it for more than five years. It's been really valuable because it gives a clear and simple way to see what is being worked on, how tasks are moving forward and who is responsible for each task or project.
Cons
I'd like to rely on the mobile app more often but some features are still more convenient to use on a laptop.

Pros
Overall what I have enjoyed most is how user friendly it is. The interface is very approachable and even though it resembles other project management tools, it's still very easy to navigate and use.
Cons
There really aren't many things I dislike. I am happy with the program Overall although I would say the free version is a bit limited. Even so, compared with other free versions of similar software, it still feels quite complete.

Pros

“My go to productivity hub”
Pros
Asana has become my favorite app for staying productive organized and on top of tasks. I keep every to-do list in there be it business, personal and everything else. The interface is user friendly, the customization options are excellent and the overall experience is really amazing. The desktop version works wonderfully and the mobile app is just as pleasant to use. One feature I really appreciate is drag and drop since it lets me add documents, photos and links directly into a task without any hassle. Subtasks are also incredibly useful because they break things down into clear step-by-step actions. It's been fantastic for goal setting and project planning too. I cannot imagine managing my work without it. Even the free version is impressive and the paid plan is definitely worth it if you need more advanced customization, like custom columns or space for a larger team. I recommend it all the time to my business and creative friends.
Cons
The one thing I'd really like to see improved is how people are removed from teams and projects. I work with temporary clients and right now it's frustrating that I have to create entirely new projects just to remove them permanently from my workspace.
