“Top flexible views for every team”
Pros
Working with Asana across a team with different skill sets has been really effective. It feels personalized for individual use, while still giving you the ability to build teams and organize projects within each one. The different ways to look at tasks, whether through lists, boards or calendars, make it convenient for all kinds of project management styles. I also appreciate the email reminders when new tasks are assigned or statuses change.
Cons
The inbox is a little hard to navigate. Also I wish there were a better way to organize, manage and file conversations or comments.

“Better teamwork”
Pros
It's really helped our team communicate better and it's also given everyone a nice boost in creativity while working together.
Cons
The free version does have a limitation though since only a small number of people can collaborate on the same project.

“Easy task tracking powerhouse”
Pros
Getting started with Asana barely takes any effort which is something I really appreciate. There's no need for lengthy onboarding or spending a lot of time figuring out how the platform works. It does a really good job of keeping everything organized and makes tracking tasks much more manageable.
Cons
Compared with a few other options, the price can feel a little high. Even so, it clearly performs better overall than most of the free alternatives out there.

“Top organized teamwork”
Pros
Managing projects with it has been really effective. Work can be organized into shared tasks in lists or boards and teams can assign responsibilities and due dates within each task for every step and piece of work that needs to get done. I can also view task progress on the Timeline to understand how everything integrates or on the Calendar to see when work is happening, based on the criteria the project manager sets. It's also very efficient for planning meetings. The interface looks attractive and it lets me separate projects into folders which helps keep everything well organized. It's a very capable tool for coordinating team members.
Cons
There is a bit of a learning curve so it takes some time to get familiar with all the features. Also when there are too many daily tasks on the board some notifications may not appear as clearly as expected. Other than that, I really do not have many complaints. It has been a dependable application and I do not have many negative things to say about it.

“Helpful start for new teams”
Pros
It works well for teams that are just getting started with project management methods and tools. It's a great option in the beginning especially when project managers take time to give their teams some background on PM concepts and theory.
Cons
Once you need something more powerful, it makes sense to switch to another platform. Tools like Confluence or MS Project are a better fit for large-scale projects or for teams that need stronger communication features.

“All my projects in one place”
Pros
Every day I rely on this to stay on top of my tasks. Having everything in one place makes it much easier to keep up with projects and programs without missing anything. I check it regularly to make sure I am current and it's also helpful to clearly see what's already been completed versus what's still coming up.
Cons
The thing that would really help is having a dedicated spot to quickly jot down notes or random tasks as they come up, then sort them into the right places later when there's time to organize. Shifting tasks between different projects could also be easier.

“Clear scheduling”
Pros
Asana works really well for planning schedules and keeping up with deadlines for different activities. One of its biggest strengths is how clear everything feels. Even someone new to the platform can get comfortable with it quickly and overall it's simple to work with.
Cons
The downside, in my opinion, is the mobile app which doesn't feel very clear or user friendly. Unfinished tasks also don't stand out enough so it takes longer than it should to find them.

“Task organization”
Pros
It does a really good job of keeping tasks organized and working with other people through it feels very collaborative.
Cons
Once a lot builds up, the interface can start to look crowded and it becomes difficult to track down older conversations when I need to review them later.

“Excellent well-organized”
Pros
Everything is laid out in a very logical way which makes the platform exceptionally simple to use and keeps information organized really effectively.
Cons
A small annoyance is that attachments have to be downloaded before you can view them instead of opening in a preview window but honestly that feels pretty minor and if that's the biggest issue, I am totally fine with it.

“Reliable multi-project tracking”
Pros
Handling several projects at once works really well with this tool and it keeps everything organized without resources getting mixed up or mismanaged between projects. The project board is also very useful because it makes progress tracking clear and simple for our team.
Cons
One limitation is that copying tasks from one board to another is not very convenient. Having that feature added would be really helpful in the future. It also doesn't include a tool to track all project milestones in one place. That's not a major issue but it would definitely be a nice addition.

“Versatile team collaboration hub”
Pros
Being able to create portfolios and project groups, break work into subtasks organize tasks clearly, collaborate across different teams and stay updated through notifications has made this a really good project management tool in my view.
Cons
Shifting projects between folders is a bit confusing and task management could get overwhelming at times though that was often more about how we were using it than a flaw in the platform itself. It's a flexible tool overall but there were moments when it still didn't feel as customizable as we wanted.

“Highly excellent feature-packed”
Pros
Getting around the platform felt very natural and the interface was simple to follow. On top of that it offered more functionality than comparable tools like Monday.com.
Cons
There wasn't anything specifically wrong with it. I just stopped using it because I didn't really need that kind of tool and ended up preferring Google Sheets instead.

“Powerful planning”
Pros
Right away the biggest value for me came from its project management, file sharing and scheduling tools. There was definitely a learning curve at the beginning because it has so many features but the more time I spent using it, the more natural it felt. Adding it into my existing business setup was also simple.
Cons
At this point I don't feel like any major features are missing but the pricing could be better because it does feel a bit expensive. That said there are plenty of resources and tools available to help you learn how it works so getting started becomes much more manageable.

“Color-coded project tracking delight”
Pros
The interface is well thought out as it's color-coded and each user has a matching color which makes everything easier to follow. It also does a good job of managing and tracking progress across each project and I can attach files and assign a range of scheduled tasks without any hassle.
Cons
One thing that really got on my nerves was the newsletter. It was far too frequent and pretty disruptive, to the point that it felt like my work inbox was being flooded. I ended up unsubscribing from it on my work email because it was almost bombarding me.

“Useful task tools but missing insights”
Pros
It is easy to use and it comes with helpful tools for managing tasks. Assigning tasks is simple and sharing project details with the team is convenient as well.
Cons
The comment section could use a few more features especially the option to add links more effectively. It would also be better if there were stronger analysis tools to explore and review project progress.

Pros
Working with the team and collaborating on projects and assignments feels very natural with Asana. It makes progress tracking simple and helps keep everyone informed along the way. Overall it's an effective tool that supports regular teamwork and helps things get done successfully.
Cons
I haven't run into any major issues with it though the training could be improved a bit especially with better video-based guidance.

“Useful project tracking, tough rollout”
Pros
The project management tools are fairly user friendly and when they're set up and used the right way, Asana can be a really helpful solution.
Cons

“Colorful teamwork”
Pros
The interface is user friendly and colorful so getting around the platform is very natural. I also really enjoy the shout-out feature because it lets team members recognize each other and celebrate accomplishments. Another big plus is how detailed you can be with projects which helps make sure nothing gets overlooked or left untracked.
Cons
One downside is that the subtasks do not provide quite enough space for notes. It is not really a flaw with the software itself but getting everyone on the team to actually use it consistently can be difficult and that sometimes ends up causing miscommunication.
