“Great for project management”
Pros
I love how easy it is to use and how organized it keeps my tasks and projects. My favorite part is checking off a task and seeing a unicorn fly across the screen.
Cons
I do not have any issues. I have used several project management tools and Asana is the most user-friendly.

“It's great for our needs!”
Pros
I really like the Kanban board layout. It's visually appealing and easy to navigate. I also found it very helpful for tracking payments that were being stolen.
Cons
For our needs, it is almost too much. I would have preferred a more intuitive calendar for scheduling tasks though my associates did not use that feature.

“Review of Asana”
Pros
Asana allows clients to report all tasks in one place, including documentation, daily progress, and important resources. It also lets team managers assess overall efficiency by reviewing project details interactively. Additionally, Asana provides tools for forms which makes it easy to create surveys or gather necessary information. All communication related to tasks and subtasks is consolidated in one place, with features for tracking responsibilities and progress, customization and Slack integration.
Cons
When I work with clients, I often want to open another window for them. The app usually tries to open in the browser when I click on something.

“On the fence”
Pros
To me, Asana feels like a premium version of Trello. Its one of those tools where people either love it or hate it. Also I really like how customizable it is.
Cons
I think it could use more accessibility features. I also find the pricing on their website a bit misleading and too high. However, for the right projects and users, it can be a game changer.

“Asana Software Review”
Pros
I like how Asana excellently manages projects through streamlined task assignments, real-time updates and improved team communication and collaboration.
Cons
I don't like that there is no option to send bulk updates for project notifications and rules. It would be great to have the option to create rules for automatically distributing workloads across projects and tasks. While I understand this might add complexity, having the option to test such features would be highly appreciated.

“Asana should be included in your tech stack”
Pros
We've been using Asana for about a year, and I can confidently say it has significantly helped our team with task and project management. It provides a clear overview of which projects are urgent and need our immediate attention.

“A fabulous software we cannot live without”
Pros
The clarity and ease of adding tasks are impressive. The app works exceptionally well on the go, with features like task-specific additions, easy scheduling and assignment. I also love the view settings, Kanban boards, Gantt charts and goal setting options. It is highly intuitive and we love using it.
Cons
Setting up the workflow can be tricky if you're not already skilled in that area. It would also be useful to download Gantt charts and calendars to share with people who are not on our Asana platform. Despite this, the support is excellent, the education provided is top-notch and we really like it.
