Creating and assigning tasks across different projects is really easy now. My team and I are able to keep tabs on our work, collaborate without friction, add notes, update statuses and handle the rest of our project details in one place.

The thing I'd still like is a little more flexibility with changing the color layout in the free version.

Asana is very user friendly and the task management features work really well. It's especially useful for collaborating with others since inviting teammates and working together is a big part of the platform.

One thing it's missing is a built-in time tracking feature. There's also a bit of a learning curve for brand-new users who don't have any prior experience with tools like this.

It is very user friendly and offered a good amount of flexibility. I actually started out using it to keep my personal tasks organized before bringing it into my work routine. Also the interface looks modern and customizing it to fit different needs was pretty simple too.

Cons

It ended up falling short when it came to handling the large volume of work our team manages. We eventually had to move to another platform that offered more advanced features, including additional custom fields and the option to build out project spaces, tasks and other elements in a more tailored way.

Working with clients is much better thanks to the wide range of features it offers. Everything is also easy to use and simple to understand which makes collaboration a lot more efficient. On top of that it's more cost-effective than many other platforms we've looked at.

It does exactly what we need it to do and I really haven't run into any issues with it. Nothing feels lacking and I'd definitely recommend it.

It also helps us set clear project goals and objectives which keeps everyone focused on the most important tasks.

There really haven't been any weak points to mention. Our experience with it has been flawless and we honestly have no complaints.
