“Robust at the free level. Scratches all the PM itches.”
Pros
The free version allows seamless communication and helps us meet deadlines as a team. I also the Templates feature, which speeds up project setup while still allowing customization. Being able to switch between Kanban, list and calendar views is incredibly helpful. It allows us to examine projects from different perspectives at various stages of their life cycle.
Cons
Archiving projects in Asana isn't intuitive, which makes it difficult to retrieve information from legacy clients or perform simple cleanup tasks when using the program over multiple years. This is something that is likely to happen.

“User-friendly and straightforward task management tool”
Pros
Asana offers a well-structured task management system, allowing the addition of subtasks, tags, and the ability to include tasks in multiple projects. Additionally, having desktop and mobile apps enables easy project management on the go.
Cons
In the mobile app, there are limitations on certain actions. It would be great if I could at least access the complete Asana site on a mobile browser. However, whenever I attempted that it would redirect me back to the mobile app.

“Asana is a user-friendly powerful project management tool for agile creative teams”
Pros
The Asana mobile app is one of its most powerful assets. Without a doubt, it's the best productivity app on the market which allows me to enter tasks on the go. Additionally, Asana's user-friendly design ensures quick onboarding and confidence. The platform's automations are robust, and the option to visualize projects in list or Kanban format is a significant improvement.
Cons
Asana felt somewhat light as our organization grew. It seems perfect for marketing teams or agencies, but as a tech-forward organization, it lacked the necessary features to compete with tools like Jira.
