“Custom views and team clarity”
Pros
Being able to customize the way I see my work, track my time and check what everyone on my team is working on makes Asana really useful day to day.
Cons
More complicated workflows do come with a learning curve and it can take a little time to figure out how to set them up properly.

“Great team collaboration hub”
Pros
Asana has been an excellent project management platform for working across teams and keeping projects, tasks and workflows organized. The interface is very user friendly so it doesn't take much effort to get started and use it effectively.
Cons
One thing that would make it even better is having a built-in time tracking feature for both tasks and projects.

Pros
It is pretty easy to use and it offers a lot of flexibility. I especially like being able to track project progress through the dashboard. It's a reliable tool that makes communication and coordination across the team much easier.
Cons
To really get the most out of it, you need to spend some time setting everything up properly and getting familiar with all of its features.

“project planning done right”
Pros
Planning projects with Asana has been really convenient and I can split everything out into individual tasks without any hassle.
Cons
I don't have any real complaints. It took me a couple of weeks to fully learn everything it could do but that was more about me getting used to it than any issue with the product.

“Strong collaboration across projects”
Pros
One thing that really works well with Asana is how many capabilities it offers especially being able to view multiple projects at the same time. It's a user friendly tool that helps improve collaboration across the organization, while supporting both task management and full project management.
Cons
Because it includes so many features and capabilities, it can take a while to learn and fully get comfortable with using everything.

“Reliable task management”
Pros
Asana has been a dependable solution for handling workflows, projects and daily tasks. It lets teams create organize, share and track tasks without hassle. Another helpful addition is the AI feature which supports task prioritization based on urgency.
Cons
The biggest downsides are the license cost and the time it takes to get comfortable with the platform.

“Powerful project tracking”
Pros
Asana worked really well for managing my company's projects and gave me complete visibility into how my team was progressing at every stage.
Cons
That said it wasn't as easy as some other tools I have used and the interface didn't feel as user friendly as I wanted it to.

“perfect for team organization”
Pros
After testing several project management tools, we ended up sticking with this one because it's the most user friendly option for us. Also it is excellent for keeping things organized and staying on top of everything in my day to day work. We run our entire marketing agency through it and it makes managing my team much easier.
Cons
The biggest downside for me is the lack of a calendar view which is also why I don't rely on it very much in my management role. In the beginning, pricing was also a concern but since it was free for teams with fewer than 15 people, we were able to keep using it as we grew without taking on costly overhead.

“Great task breakdown”
Pros
Being able to structure projects into parent tasks and then split them into subtasks is incredibly useful especially when it comes to assigning work clearly across the team.

“Flexible dashboard and calendar”
Pros
I really like the different ways you can customize the home screen and calendar to match your own workflow and preferences.
Cons
Even with the initial explanations, the tool still feels like a lot at first so it can seem a bit overwhelming and not entirely clear in the beginning.

“user friendly and well integrated”
Pros
It is fairly easy to use and the integrations worked really well. It's clear why people find it user friendly especially anyone who has used similar tools before.
Cons
Compared with some other platforms, it lacks a built-in time-tracking feature. On top of that each task can only be assigned to one person at a time which is a pretty significant limitation for collaborative work.

“Great team coordination hub”
Pros
Working with others feels much more organized with Asana. Whether I am coordinating with teammates, managing client work or even keeping up with personal projects, it helps me stay on top of everything while keeping everyone involved updated in one place.
Cons
One downside is that the pro plan requires at least two seats. I'd really prefer the option to pay for pro features just for myself and still be able to collaborate with clients.

“Versatile views, limited extras”
Pros
Asana gives teams several ways to look at projects, including List, Board-style Kanban, Timeline and Calendar views which works well for different planning preferences and workflows.
Cons
A downside is that important features such as Timeline view and custom fields are only available on the higher-priced premium plans.

“Teamwork stays organized”
Pros
Keeping track of projects and seeing who's responsible for what is really easy. Also the layout is clean, everything stays in one place and it makes working as a team feel a lot less chaotic.
Cons
Once too many tasks and notifications start piling up, it can feel a bit overwhelming. There are times when managing everything in the system feels like extra work on top of the actual work.

“simplifies everything for us”
Pros
Right from the start I find it user friendly and it makes it simple to keep tasks and projects organized in an efficient way, with clear visibility into who is responsible for what and when deadlines are coming up. Its collaboration tools, like commenting on tasks and attaching files directly within them, help keep communication in one place and cut down on long email threads. The customizable workflows and flexible views also make it adaptable to different team processes so it works well across a variety of project types. On top of that the clear and professional support during onboarding made the whole setup and adoption process much easier for our team.
Cons
Getting started can be a little confusing because there are a lot of features to learn and it takes a while to become fully comfortable with everything. Some of the more useful tools are locked behind the paid plans which may be difficult for smaller teams or anyone working with a limited budget. The mobile app can also feel less reliable than the desktop version At times and that can be frustrating when working on the go.

“Clean boards and subtasks”
Pros
The subtasks are super helpful and having different board layout options makes it really flexible to work with. It's also very user friendly and the overall look and feel is really nice.
Cons
One oddly specific annoyance is that due dates don't automatically sort themselves. Maybe that's available on a higher-tier plan but right now it takes a lot of manual effort.

“Powerful tools and modern design”
Pros
Asana comes with a sleek, modern interface, is widely adopted by many companies and includes a broad set of features for managing tasks and projects.
Cons
Personally, it often felt overwhelming to keep up with. Juggling a heavy workload as both an employee and a manager and using it in different situations, I felt the app offered more than I could realistically absorb with my busy schedule and limited time.
