“Flexible task tracking powerhouse”
Pros
Keeping up with both my individual to dos and the bigger projects or campaigns they connect to is much easier with Asana. It brings a lot of visibility and accountability to how work gets managed across teams and departments and it also feels flexible enough to be tailored to the way an organization works.
Cons
One thing to keep in mind is that like most software, you only really get the full benefit if it's set up thoughtfully. If different teams create separate accounts or use completely different structures, a lot of the value gets lost especially when it comes to tracking work across teams and functions. It works best when everyone agrees on a shared setup even if some tasks don't always need to be visible to everyone.

The downside is that with a basic account, getting full visibility across the entire team can be a little difficult.

“Clean design and integrations”
Pros
Right away the interface felt pleasant to use, with nice colors and a layout that was simple to navigate. It lets you view due dates either in a calendar or list format, add contributors to tasks and connect with tools like Slack and Google Calendar which is really useful.
Cons
One thing that can get confusing is when the same task appears in different stages of a project. The reminders don't clearly show which phase they relate to so you get notified about a task without really knowing what needs attention unless you log into the system. That said this may be more of a user-side issue than a true flaw with the software.

“easy to use tool”
Pros
Working across different users felt very efficient and the project and task management features were simple and easy to use.

“Task tracking keeps teams aligned”
Pros
Being able to structure projects with tasks, subtasks and even deeper nested subtasks has been incredibly helpful. We can assign each item to the right person and set clear due dates which keeps everything organized. Because of this system, my entire team stays aligned and always knows what's going on.
Cons
The one thing I'd still like to see is more flexibility in how projects can be organized. My company manages quite a few of them and finding the right one can feel a bit confusing at times.

“Best project management experience”
Pros
It is incredibly easy to use. In short it's easily the simplest project management tool I have worked with.
Cons
A few of the better features sit behind the paid plan, including certain templates but that's pretty standard and honestly expected.

“Calendar view and templates”
Pros
The calendar view has been one of my favorite parts of using Asana. Being able to email myself and have it turn into a task is really convenient and creating task templates saves a lot of time too.
Cons
I honestly don't have any real complaints. Like any new tool, it can feel a bit difficult while you're still learning how everything works.

“Centralized teamwork that delivers”
Pros
One thing I really like is how it keeps all project communication in one place so there's no need to deal with endless email threads. Being able to comment right on tasks, share files and post updates inside the platform helps everyone stay in the loop and cuts down on misunderstandings.
Cons
The free plan is quite decent but some of the more advanced tools such as custom fields and workload management, are locked behind the paid tiers.

“Great for team task tracking”
Pros
Creating both personal and team project boards in this tool is really easy. It helps me keep my own tasks organized and at the same time I can follow my teammates progress and read their comments on different stages of a task or project.
Cons
The only thing I'd change is being able to add more members to my account without needing to move to a higher plan.

“Clean tracking and organization”
Pros
After searching for a way to keep my work organized, this ended up being exactly what I needed. The interface is something I really enjoy and once everything is entered into the system, it's simple to go back, review details and keep track of progress.
Cons
Well it isn't always very user friendly though. From a user experience standpoint, the site can feel less user friendly than I'd like so figuring out how to begin can be frustrating at times.

Working with my team in it is simple and that makes more complicated projects feel much more manageable. It helps me stay organized and on top of everything.
Cons
