“Useful software!”
Pros
One thing I liked most was how much planning functionality it offers as Gantt charts make business processes easier to visualize, the scheduling tools are useful, the calendar helps keep everything organized and task delegation is built in nicely.
Cons
Getting used to the platform is quite hard because the interface feels bulky and overloaded. Even in a large company setting, it seems to include too many unnecessary elements. Personally, I preferred Trello's more minimalist approach.

“integrations and gantt charts are helpful”
Pros
Asana fits in really well with Dropbox and the other tools I already use. The newly added Gantt chart feature was a welcome addition and I also appreciate that the free version still comes with plenty of useful options.
Cons
One thing that's missing is a built-in chat for sending instant messages to teammates. It's also limiting that a single task can't be assigned to two people at the same time.

“Modern design across platforms”
Pros
It seems good and easy to use because of its clear design. The workflow is well laid out and kept simple which makes everyday use hassle free. Also I like being able to use it on different platforms like iOS android, PC and Mac. Another big plus is that it can grow with you as you need more features and complexity.
Cons
The pricing feels expensive even if it reflects the quality. I'd still rather see a lower-cost option something like $2.99.

“feature packed project management winner”
Pros
As project management tools go this is probably the most complete one I've used. It comes with a ton of helpful features including a few I didn't even realize our team needed at first. Assigning work to team members is also easy and keeping tabs on progress is just as simple which helps make sure things actually get finished on time. Sharing tasks with the team can be done instantly and it does a really good job of helping you follow everything through to completion. The Outlook integration is another big plus since it automates a small part of my daily routine. On top of that it works pretty well as a communication tool for the team too.
Cons
there isn't much to complain about. I really haven't run into any major problems with it. If I had to point out one downside, it's that the interface can feel a bit overwhelming at first when you're new to it. There's just a lot happening on the screen all at once.

“Best in class task management”
Pros
After trying a bunch of other task management tools, this one still comes out on top. The user experience, subtasks, task reporting and the rest of the feature set really feel ahead of anything else available.
Cons
Paying $14 per team member feels pretty steep and more than it should be and since our team is expanding, we're even considering switching because of the cost.

“custom boards and smart subtasks”
Pros
Having a free version available even with limited features, is a big plus. I can organize my board exactly the way I want and one thing I especially appreciate is being able to assign subtasks even tasks within subtasks, to specific people while giving each one its own due date. It keeps everything looking much cleaner instead of turning tasks into a massive checklist. The timeline feature is also a really nice touch.
Cons
It does take a little time to learn At first but once you understand how to set it up around your workflow, it becomes very user friendly. The pricing can get expensive though especially for bigger teams.

“flexible task planning and mobile app”
Pros
It lets me create projects and tasks organize them the way I want and build schedules with priorities in a format that works well for me. The mobile app is also thoughtfully designed and very convenient to use.
Cons
One thing that still bothers me is not being able to quickly view all of my completed tasks in one place. The app gets regular updates but it still lacks a few important features that I really need.

“simple campaign tracking win”
Pros
Keeping multiple client campaigns organized in it has been really easy and it does the job well without adding extra complexity.

The one thing I'd still like to see is more reliable reporting features along with layouts that feel a bit more visually appealing.

“Good first impression”
Pros
Using Asana to help my client track activities left me with a positive first impression. I hadn't worked with activity-tracking software before and overall it seemed like a good tool to start with.
Cons
At the moment I use Kanbanone and I feel it's a better option than this one because it offers stronger metrics which it didn't have at the time I used it three years ago.

“project planning powerhouse”
Pros
Asana has become essential for organizing and planning my projects. It helps me set both short- and long-term goals, then map everything out step by step in a clear way.
Cons
I can't think of anything I dislike about it. This management tool has genuinely helped shape the way I run my business.

“Pretty simple tool”
Pros
It is pretty easy to use. Plus it lets you coordinate tasks across multiple projects without much effort and you really do not need to be an experienced project manager to use it effectively.
Cons
There is honestly not much to criticize. The only limitation I have run into is that I am on the free version so a few useful tools and features I would like to access require an extra paid plan. That said it is part of the business model so it does not feel entirely fair to complain about it.

“friendly task management boost”
Pros
Using it has made it much easier to keep up with my work without relying on physical sticky notes and similar reminders. The interface is welcoming and user friendly, with a clean look that is easy on the eyes and simple enough for just about anyone to pick up quickly.
Cons
One small downside with the interface is that when I'm bulk updating tasks, the boxes can sometimes refresh and shift around so my next click ends up landing in the wrong spot. It would also be much more useful if it included a built-in time tracker or at least an integration for that.

“remote teamwork stays aligned”
Pros
Keeping everyone aligned on project progress is one of the best parts of using Asana. It really helps remote teams stay on the same page and know exactly where things stand.
Cons
One thing I'd change is the messaging notifications. It would be much better if it alerted you to all messages instead of only notifying you when someone remembers to tag your name.

“clean task tracking flow”
Pros
It has a clean, simple interface that keeps everything easy to find. Creating tasks is pretty easy and moving them to completion seems smooth. Also it gives a clear view of tasks that are still pending which makes daily tracking much easier.
Cons
The thing that still feels missing is stronger task analytics especially for things like sprint velocity. Having more graphs and visual reporting would give a much clearer picture of how ongoing sprints are progressing.

“helpful order and inventory tracking”
Pros
One thing that really works well with this software is how it handles creating and tracking orders along with managing inventory. The program is easy to use so getting around it and keeping up with tasks doesn't take much effort.
Cons
there's not much to complain about with this software. The only minor downside is that it uses a bit of memory on our phones which can make performance feel slightly slower at times.

“fantastic for task visibility”
Pros
Tracking tasks, logging time and seeing where each project stands and who is responsible for it works really well in it.
Cons
There's a bit of a learning curve although it's not too bad. That said the platform really needs broad team adoption to be effective. If only 4 people out of a 20-person office are using it, it won't function the way you want it to.

“Good tool for task tracking”
Pros
One thing I really liked was how simple it felt. It didn't get bogged down by every possible feature they could have added. The whole experience was simple, quick and easy to use.
Cons
Lately though the updates have felt like a step backward more than an improvement. They've taken away functionality from the mobile app, made categorizing and deleting categories more complicated and even removed keyboard shortcuts. Something that used to work really well now feels a lot more confusing.

“collaborative task tracking win”
Pros
One thing that really works well is how multiple people can view and work within the same task, project or timeline at the same time. It makes collaboration feel much more connected and efficient.
Cons

“flexible calendar and team sync”
Pros
Keeping up with tasks was really enjoyable with the calendar view. I could organize everything into categories like client or project while still having one complete overview of all my work. It felt very flexible especially when I needed to shift around tasks that changed often. The team syncing was also a big plus and I appreciated that tasks and updates were archived automatically.
Cons
I honestly didn't run into any issues with it based on how I used the software although my usage was pretty minimal overall.
