“A project tracking powerhouse”
Pros
Using it is not a hassle. The interface is simple to move around and it does a really good job of helping organize projects across the whole company. The search function makes it quick to locate tasks and being able to tag teammates so they can follow progress and get email updates is something I really appreciate.
Cons
I don't have any real complaints. There are plenty of features I personally don't use but I still value having all those options available so teams can adapt the software to fit their needs.

“powerful project tracking features”
Pros
From planning to day to day updates, this tool handles an entire project really well. You can collaborate with others, share progress, keep everything organized and use different management views to stay on top of tasks and deadlines.
Cons
The biggest downside is the pricing. At $11 per user each month, it adds up to $132 per user per year which can get pretty expensive when you have a larger number of people involved in the project.

“reliable task tracking”
Pros
Creating tasks, setting up projects and adding team members is easy which makes it simple to keep track of everything the team is working on. It's a good tool for staying organized and helping make sure tasks are delivered on time.
Cons
One limitation is that there's no way to build a Gantt chart from the tasks. It can also get confusing when an old task is reused for rescheduling since it may be mistaken for an activity that was already completed.

“Top tier tool”
Pros
Compared with most project management tools out there this one is right near the top. It keeps team projects organized and makes it simple to stay on top of tasks, whether the team is large or small. The free plan is really amazing even though it misses some stronger features especially the timeline view. Once you move to the paid version, that gets added along with quite a bit more. Overall it makes assigning tasks and following progress feel effortless.
Cons
For teams trying to keep costs down, the paid plan can feel a little expensive. It also leaves out quite a few functions although the available app integrations can theoretically help fill in those gaps.

“visual planning with team appeal”
Pros
Asana worked really well for project planning especially with its clean visuals and the way multiple people can use it together. In the end we chose a different product but it still left a positive impression and I'd definitely keep this company in mind going forward.
Cons
Things may be more developed now but at the time we needed a few very specific features that either weren't available or were difficult to locate.

“my go-to agency planner”
Pros
Keeping up with every daily task at my agency is much more manageable with Asana. I genuinely enjoy using this SaaS and it has become my go-to tool for collaboration.
Cons
there is not much to criticize. It covers what I need and since it is free, I really cannot complain much. I would definitely recommend it.

“task tracking that delivers”
Pros
With a team of just two people covering the workload of five or more, this has been a huge help in keeping every task and to-do organized in a way that's simple to manage. We've completely moved on from paper checklists. It makes collaboration really easy, lets us see clearly who finished what and gives us a good view of upcoming timelines. 10/10.
Cons
At this point I haven't run into any features I dislike or any problems with the service. Everything has been easy to use and has worked really well.

“clean layout, confusing setup”
Pros
The clean design and visual structure do a really good job of breaking project details into manageable sections which helps keep things organized.
Cons
Getting everything set up and figuring out how to launch a project was surprisingly difficult and confusing. It's presented as something anyone can use but our teams in this industry had a hard time understanding how to build and configure projects properly. We were specifically hoping for an app-based project management tool and it didn't really deliver on that.

“reliable tools for every team”
Pros
Whether I'm using it for work projects or helping manage things with my HOA, the software is consistently dependable and ready when I need it. It comes with a broad set of project management features that are really useful for both my team at the office and my group at home.
Cons
I'd still like to see a built-in yes-or-no voting option. It wouldn't matter much for my work setup but it would be especially useful for the way we use it with our HOA.

“helpful for weekly accountability”
Pros
It doesn't take much time at all to use. Many companies use this tool for project management but we use it to manage one on one meetings. Adding or removing tasks is fast and easy and it does a good job of keeping people accountable for weekly goals and metrics.
Cons
It feels like there hasn't been much development around features specifically for organizing one on ones. Also, once tasks are marked complete, there's no way to go back and view archived or completed items.

“collaboration that keeps projects on track”
Pros
Using this for a college project with two friends has been really helpful. It made it much easier for us to stay organized, manage the project properly and finish parts of our work ahead of schedule. The project management features are excellent and assigning tasks is very convenient to handle.
Cons
You may need to watch a few tutorial videos first. The interface is manageable Overall but it can still feel difficult for complete beginners.

“powerful task organization”
Pros
Asana is a really powerful platform for organizing tasks and subtasks. One thing I appreciated most was how clearly it lets you break down everything that needs to get done in a project and keep it all structured in a very organized way.
Cons
Getting started does take a bit of time because not everything you can do is immediately clear or user friendly.

“Costly planning limits”
Pros
The look and feel make Asana inviting and genuinely pleasant to work in. Its colors and overall design draw people in well and the interface does a good job of directing attention to the right places quickly. The ability to organize information through multiple nested layers also makes it very capable for project management and planning.
Cons
On the downside the Gantt chart feels bulky and awkward which makes it difficult to read and even more frustrating to edit. The email notifications are irritating and not simple to turn off. The biggest issue though, is the per-user pricing especially for occasional users who don't need to log in and only need to be accounted for. That pricing model by itself makes it impractical for resource planning.

“handy team task tracking”
Pros
Across different teams it works really well for managing tasks. The tagging feature is especially useful because it helps us separate which tasks are coming from each department. I also appreciate having both due dates and specific times since there are moments when we need to schedule something for an exact hour.
Cons
We really haven't run into many problems with it. Our biggest challenge is more on our side since we still haven't explored all the different ways the tool can be used.

“beautiful UI with advanced tools”
Pros
The interface gives project management a modern, visually appealing feel while still offering plenty of advanced features for users who need more depth.
Cons
As the platform continues to grow some of the newer features are locked behind upgrades which can start to feel a bit pricey unless those extras are truly necessary.

“affordable event planning powerhouse”
Pros
One of the biggest advantages is that it's free. It offers a lot of the same project management functionality as similar tools and it works especially well when you need to recreate the same setup over and over. We use it to coordinate our company's local employee resource group and it's been really useful for organizing events like fundraisers, conferences and recruiting efforts. Tasks can be grouped by event and we can include supply lists and budgets, then copy everything over for the next year.
Cons
It's not quite as user friendly as some of the more tile-based alternatives so we've had to set up training sessions for event chairs and other members who are using it for the first time.

“Free tool still useful”
Pros
Free and still one of the best task management tools out there. It works really well for lighter project management and the feature set is impressive. You get color tagging, unlimited projects and the ability to invite multiple team members. I also really appreciate that you can choose which people have access to specific teams or projects. Recurring tasks were a big reason we picked it over other options. Another fun touch is the celebrations feature as after you check off a few completed tasks, bright animated characters fly across the screen which makes using it feel a lot more enjoyable.
Cons
It's hard to complain too much about a free product like this. That said I do wish the paid upgrade was more affordable. I also wish more companies used tier-based subscription pricing instead of charging based on the number of users. Every now and then, subtasks will repeat even after they've already been marked complete. I'd also love more flexibility in the recurring date options, like being able to set something such as the 3rd Thursday of each month.

“all in one team workflow”
Pros
Having everything in one place really helps our team. Beyond managing several projects in a single app, it also gives me a way to stay in touch with teammates about the work through the comments and inbox features. The interface is clean so it's simple to check what tasks are due that day and that helps me stay focused on what needs to be prioritized first.
Cons
Completed subtasks still keep showing up even after I've marked them done. Because of that the system sometimes makes it look like I have overdue items when those subtasks are already finished. I also turned on desktop notifications but there are times when I don't get alerted when an update happens on a task I'm following.

“Fantastic for team scheduling”
Pros
Asana gives our team a really convenient way to assign and schedule work for everyone. It helps us keep track of tasks, build out projects, set deadlines and mark things complete once they're finished.
Cons
The pricing is a bit on the higher side although it does come with a lot of features. One frustrating part is that it can be hard to undo a task when it gets completed by mistake.

Pros
It is really easy to use which makes it very appealing when bringing in new teams or starting collaborations with freelancers and other external people.
