“flexible design and clean layout”
Pros
The interface looks modern, the screens can be customized nicely and there's plenty of flexibility when it comes to setting things up the way you want.
Cons
One frustrating part is that canceling is buried and difficult to work out. There's also no chat or phone support available. You can email them but a quick reply shouldn't be expected.

“fun task tracking with useful customization”
Pros
One thing that immediately worked for me is that it's free for personal use, while enterprise accounts are paid. The little celebratory animations that pop up when I finish a task like a unicorn, confetti or even a cat make the experience more enjoyable and actually push me to complete more work. I also like being able to share projects with people outside our domain which makes collaboration much more flexible. On top of that the customizable task fields are really helpful for organizing work the way we need.
Cons
I don't have any real complaints about this product. If anything, I'd just suggest a feature that shows whether a person has seen a task. That kind of status update would help a lot with tracking communication. There are times when someone doesn't respond to a task and it leaves us unsure whether they've actually been informed about the details.

“flexible views and useful task tracking”
Pros
Working with the team felt very easy and the different project views made a big difference. You can look at a project by date in a Gantt-style timeline, switch to a phase-based layout or manage it as a workflow where tasks move according to their status. The custom fields were also very convenient since adding or removing task details was simple. I also really appreciated the personal task list section, where checking items off was satisfying and helpful. It kept everything organized by due date and the little on-screen animations when a task was completed were a nice bonus.
Cons
not much to complain about. I was really happy with the feature set and the way everything worked together. If I had to point out anything, the Gantt-style date view could be a little difficult to read At times but to be fair, those kinds of charts tend to get a bit awkward and stretched out anyway.

“fantastic chat for busy teams”
Pros
Chat has been incredibly useful for our business because it lets busy teams communicate asynchronously without slowing anyone down. After trying quite a few chat platforms over the years, Slack is still the best one I've used. It works really well for one-on-one conversations and for smaller teams inside an organization. It also does an excellent job with sending and receiving attachments which makes a big difference.
Cons
The only thing I'd change is adding an option to sort conversations by recent activity. Other than that I really don't have any complaints.

“handy project tracking anywhere”
Pros
Having multiple users on the platform made it simple to see who added information and at what time. It worked well for tracking both team projects and individual tasks. I used it as a reliable way for my employees to stay on top of their day while I was out of the office and I could still check in from anywhere.
Cons
One frustrating part was that older items kept showing up again. To keep them out of the current task list, they had to be fully deleted instead of just being archived.

“free plan with useful integrations”
Pros
One thing that really stands out is that it offers a free plan anyone can use instead of limiting people to just a short free trial. Even though it does not include every feature, it still works well as a simple project management option for small teams and smaller products. I was also pleasantly surprised by how many integrations it supports. Connecting it with tools like Salesforce, Outlook and Slack is pretty hassle free too.
Cons
The downside is that tasks are fairly limited since they can really only be assigned to one person and the layout is not very effective visually once a project starts getting more complex which tends to happen pretty quickly.

“project tracking that keeps teams aligned”
Pros
The thing that really stands out is how simple it is to stay on top of active projects. When someone is assigned work that continues over time, it's pretty common for things to slow down or get overlooked. This helps keep everything visible, including what you're working on, where you stopped and who else is involved. You can also leave comments and follow the communication from other teammates working on the same project.
Cons
My biggest frustration with this software is the customer support. There have been plenty of times when the support line keeps you on the phone for a long time without actually resolving the problem. Because of that if you run into a software glitch, it's best to make sure you have extra time set aside before contacting customer service.

“fantastic integrations and usability”
Pros
Asana is very user friendly and it integrates really well with other tools and products we already use.
Cons
There's a slight learning curve At first and the timeline feature could transition more properly between the list and board views but overall it works very well.

“reliable task tracking and deadlines”
Pros
It helps me keep tasks and projects organized which makes it much less likely that anything gets missed and helps me stay on top of every deadline.
Cons
The legend on the right seems awkward and not very user friendly. It can also take extra time to locate the correct project since some of them end up hidden.

“fantastic project tracking”
Pros
Having clear deadlines for our projects has been much more manageable with this tool. It does an excellent job of keeping the workflow organized and there are plenty of practical ways to monitor each team member's tasks. On top of that handling multiple tasks at once is very convenient which makes day to day work much more efficient.
Cons
Up to this point my experience with this product has been entirely positive. I honestly haven't come across a single drawback. It has consistently been very useful and I'm satisfied with all the services it provides. At the moment, I don't have any cons to mention.

“versatile tools for any team”
Pros
Asana comes with a wide range of tools that cover just about any type of project and it adapts well to different teams because the platform is very user friendly.
Cons
One downside is that it helps to have some basic HTML and CSS knowledge and it also doesn't include a drag-and-drop site editor.

Pros
The interface is modern and user friendly and the shortcut keys make day to day use very convenient. It's simple to track tasks for each employee as well as across the whole company which also makes it easier to see productivity growth over time.
Cons
The areas that could use improvement are the UI/UX in some parts, task integration and adding screenshots.

“handy task coordination”
Pros
Keeping manual team tasks organized is much more manageable with Asana. The notifications work well and sorting tasks into clear categories helps everyone stay on track.
Cons
It seems more like a temporary fix than a complete solution when it comes to connecting different tools. If your other software can already be fully integrated, it may not be all that necessary.

“affordable task tracking”
Pros
Adding tasks is easy and it seems like the team behind it actually pays attention to user feedback. If you need a task tool with a lighter structure and a fairly reasonable per-user price, this can be a good option.
Cons
There are far too many unnecessary emails and important updates are not surfaced very well. Attachments can also be frustrating to find since they get buried inside the task comment thread.

“fantastic teamwork and task control”
Pros
Running projects with Asana has been a big help in the workplace. It is built to make project and task management much more organized and the features that matter most really stand out. The shared workspaces improve teamwork a lot because everything is divided into projects and tasks which makes collaboration clearer. It works just as well for large projects as it does for smaller day to day operational tasks and assigning responsibilities to teammates is very practical. Another strong point is its very informative central dashboard, where you can clearly see the details of each project or task you are handling along with the tools available for managing them. It also provides instant updates on the progress of projects and tasks and sends notifications whenever a team member makes changes. On top of that you can schedule meetings and keep track of pending tasks. Everything is stored in the cloud which makes access and organization much more reliable. The fact that it also has a multi platform app is a huge advantage since you can use it from your smartphone anytime.
Cons
After using this platform for more than three years for work, I can say it remains one of the best project management tools I have come across. Its collaborative workspace, the ability to build projects and tasks and the cloud storage all perform exceptionally well. The developers really did an excellent job creating software that fits business needs. It feels very complete, efficient and dependable for daily work.

“poor support and follow-up”
Pros
It includes the full set of features you would expect from a project management platform and has a user friendly look.
Cons
Customer service felt very unprofessional. During the conference call, they only gave partial answers to questions I had already sent days in advance. They also never followed up on the points they left unanswered even after I had to chase them myself. If you need proper help setting up a project management platform, I definitely would not recommend wasting your time with this team.

“clean layout for task tracking”
Pros
At my company we used it for managing tasks, staying organized and assigning work across the team. I still prefer it over the software we moved to later because the layout felt very user friendly and made it simple to locate tasks quickly.
Cons
One limitation is that there are not a lot of different options for sorting or viewing tasks, including completed ones. That said depending on your preference, the simpler setup can also be seen as a benefit.

“beautiful collaboration tools”
Pros
Compared with other task management apps that have felt confusing to me, this one is much simpler to use. The interface looks modern, the mobile integration works well and the collaboration features are really useful. I genuinely enjoy working in it and it helps me stay more productive.
Cons
A handful of times, I've run into the limit on collaborative users for a team. That's really more about me trying to stay frugal because the service is absolutely worth paying for and they already offer a lot in the free version.

“user friendly project tracking win”
Pros
Managing projects at a large company like Alorica is no small task even if I only handle one site. The company has grown so much that just thinking about the number of employees across every site is overwhelming. As our site keeps taking on more projects, hiring more people and expanding the building, everything naturally becomes bigger and more complex. That's exactly why this tool has been such a big help. The interface is user friendly and simple to work with. It helps me stay on top of client groups and the teams assigned under each one. In a BPO setup, we can easily have at least three clients in one site and each client group may include around ten teams in a single shift and that is only one shift in one day. It's a lot to manage but with this software, balancing work, keeping teams engaged and tracking goals becomes much more manageable.
Cons
Being able to assign deadlines to every project and clearly mark priorities, then share all of that directly with the teams, has been incredibly useful. I don't really have any complaints. It has been genuinely helpful for me in my role as a project manager.

“collaborative workflow win”
Pros
As our team continues to grow, this looks like a really good tool for managing the workflow around our project initiatives. Having everyone collaborate within the same project flow helps keep the team aligned, creates a stronger sense of shared focus and makes progress feel much more organized and efficient.
Cons
There really is not a specific downside to the software itself as we've been happy with it. Right now, we only used the free trial because our team is still forming and expanding. Once our internal setup is more established, it will make more sense to move forward with a fuller package. From everything I've seen so far, I would definitely recommend it but we just need to finish building out the team so we can make the most of it.
