“team planning that really clicks”
Pros
Being able to map out plans and share them with the whole team was my favorite part. It made it very clear for everyone to see what needed to be adjusted and what should be put into action in our business.
Cons
One thing I didn't love was that the premium version has to cover the entire team for everyone to help manage each plan. It would be much more convenient if one premium account could be shared with the rest of the team.

“all in one team hub”
Pros
Having everything in one place is what I enjoy most about it. Our church staff relies on it for notes, weekly reviews, scheduling and more and it's really helpful to have one shared space where everyone can access tasks and information. It also works well for leaving notes for teammates, creating personal to-dos or assigning tasks to someone else when needed. Overall it feels very user friendly.
Cons
At this point I haven't run into anything I dislike about it. It's easy to use.

“organized teamwork done right”
Pros
It really clicked with the way I like to stay organized and being able to assign tasks to people and then stop worrying about them was a huge help.
Cons
I honestly wish my current organization was using it because I still miss having it. I really can't think of anything about it that I didn't enjoy.

“flexible setup for beginners”
Pros
Getting started with this software felt very approachable as someone new to online project management. The workflow was simple to understand and at the same time it still offered plenty of flexibility to tailor tasks and projects the way I needed.
Cons
Since I tend to learn and plan visually, I would have preferred stronger visual options rather than relying mostly on task lists.

“project tracking that delivers”
Pros
Running projects through it has made it much easier to keep everything separate and organized. I can break each card down into individual subtasks which is a really useful feature. Work moves forward clearly without mix-ups and even on the free plan I can manage the whole team, assign projects to specific members and set due dates without trouble.
Cons
The image proofing feature feels pretty limited so I still have to rely on other tools like GoVisually whenever I need proper image proofing.

“fantastic multi-project visibility”
Pros
Managing multiple projects properly from a high level, 30,000-foot view is a huge part of what keeps our team productive. The small business discount is also a really nice bonus.
Cons
There's honestly very little about this software that hasn't been useful for us and we rely on it every day. One thing that would make it even better is having reminder settings with customizable options for when notifications are sent.

“task reminders I rely on”
Pros
I love it. It keeps all my to-dos and personal organization in one place and I'd want it in my everyday life for managing everything.
Cons
There really isn't anything I dislike about it. It's incredibly helpful for staying organized and getting tasks done and when I forget something which happens a lot and it gives me a reminder.

“thoughtful design throughout”
Pros
Everything about it feels very thoughtfully designed. You can tell a lot of care went into the interface and each part of the UI reflects a strong focus on users and overall usability.
Cons
Nothing to complain about at this point. The recent updates have addressed the issues that used to come up so I don't really have any negatives to mention now.

“team collaboration that keeps content moving”
Pros
Asana works really well for collaborating with a team especially when managing content creation and planning an editorial calendar. I can tag teammates on each task which makes it easier for everyone to stay updated and follow the progress from start to finish.
Cons
One thing that didn't work as well for me is how many steps it takes to get things done. I was hoping for a simpler workflow but compared with other tools, actions that usually take just one or two clicks feel more drawn out here. Because of that it hasn't been as helpful for my needs.

“quick adoption and familiar workflow”
Pros
It is pretty easy to use and since a lot of people already know how to use it, rolling it out across a team is simple.
Cons
Like most project management platforms, it depends on every user keeping things updated by entering information manually and that tends to be the weakest point.

“fantastic team coordination”
Pros
It keeps our team organized really well. The interface looks clean, it's easy to navigate and it doesn't take much effort to get comfortable with it. I especially love the capacity planning feature and it gives my team a reliable way to collaborate remotely.
Cons
I don't have any real complaints about this product. It's an excellent collaboration tool and I genuinely feel my team is getting a lot of value from using it.

Pros
Asana does a really good job of keeping all my projects events, requests and team members organized and it's helpful being able to see everyone else's progress along the way.
Cons
I just wish it offered a little more flexibility when setting up to-do lists.

“task management that just works”
Pros
Assigning tasks and keeping projects organized was much simpler with Asana. Compared with other tools I had used before, it saved me a lot of hassle and made the whole process far less frustrating.
Cons
The only thing I really missed was a built-in calendar feature which would have made it even better.

“handy task tracking for teams”
Pros
Running a small team is much more manageable with this platform. It makes assigning tasks easy, tracking progress is simple and it's always clear what has already been finished and what still needs attention. The interface is fairly user friendly too although getting started does take a bit of time since you need to set things up properly and choose the features and templates that fit your team best.
Cons
There's definitely still room for improvement. For instance, it would be helpful to assign one task to multiple people and to have built-in time tracking for the hours spent on each task.

“powerful search and flexible tags”
Pros
Setting up a team project for tickets or tasks is very easy and attaching files to a specific task happens really quickly. The search bar is powerful and thorough which makes finding things much easier and organizing work with customizable tags is a big plus. It also integrates with other tools like Zoho Desk which adds a lot of value.
Cons
One issue is that team invitation links sometimes send you to create your own team instead of joining the existing one. Also, the Zoho plugin could use some work since it's often better to open it manually while creating a task rather than relying on the integration inside Zoho.

Pros

“confusing project planning tool”
Pros
There really aren't many benefits to mention. It's meant to make project planning simpler but instead it ends up being confusing to navigate and use.
Cons
We attempted to use it at the City to present and manage collaborative projects but the platform was very confusing and difficult to work with. I wouldn't recommend this product.
