“Organized workflow and tutorials”
Pros
Keeping everything organized in Asana has been really useful and it's quick to pick up just by watching the tutorials.
Cons
The trickier part is figuring out how to move items around and then return to them after they've been marked as completed.

“Helpful priority planning tools”
Pros
The feature set for creating priority lists across multiple departments was something I really appreciated.
Cons
One thing that was missing for me was a way to set up parent-child relationships between projects from different departments.

“Customizable and polished”
Pros
Out of all the product management tools I have worked with, this has been the best one by far. It's highly customizable, the interface looks professional and even from a marketing perspective I really respect what they've built. There's a certain excitement people have when they join a company that uses it and that says a lot.
Cons
I really don't have many complaints. Overall, I am quite happy with the software.

“user friendly project sharing”
Pros
It's very easy to use and sharing projects with teammates is also not a hassle anymore.
Cons
only issue I have had came from my own setup at the beginning as I ended up with two separate accounts tied to different clients and email addresses which made logging in a bit confusing.

“Teamwork that just clicks”
Pros
Working with a team is stress free with this tool. As its layout is user‑friendly and the project management tools are flexible. Creating tasks, assigning them to the right people and tracking progress is very easy too as it keeps everyone aligned and updated in one place.
Cons
The free plan is quite awesome but to really get the most out of the platform, features such as custom fields and advanced reporting are locked behind a paid subscription.

“Collaboration features that deliver”
Pros
It comes with a good range of tools and features for collaborating on projects and sharing work with others. Assigning tasks to team members is also easy, notifications keep everyone updated and the ability to upload and share files makes working together on tasks much more effective.
Cons
One issue I have run into is that setting up shared task calendars for team members can be a bit glitchy at times.

“Task reminders but privacy concerns”
Pros
The tool helps me stay on top of my tasks and sends reminders when things need to be finished.
Cons
A big downside is the screenshot feature used for compliance. Since I work remotely with several confidential clients, the company tracking my time through this app can end up seeing screenshots that also show work I am doing for other clients.

“Shared OKR tracking wins”
Pros
The thing that really stands out is how simple this tool makes it to bring department goals into the platform. Setting up OKRs inside it, then sharing them, tracking them and checking progress daily, weekly and monthly feels incredibly well done.
Cons
honestly I cannot think of anything about it that I dislike.

“Custom views and calendar win”
Pros
One of the best parts of Asana is how customizable the task lists and filter views are. I can set up my own views around very specific task criteria, like quickly pulling up anything that's blocked but still due by the end of the week. The calendar view is also a huge plus and has made a big difference in how I keep track of work.
Cons
The time-tracking integrations have been pretty unreliable and can be buggy which is frustrating. A bigger limitation is the native integrations with other apps, including Zapier. In particular, automations don't always trigger the way I need based on certain events and updating task lists through those workflows feels too limited. More built-in automation options would definitely make the platform better.

“Handy task overview”
Pros
Asana gives us one central place to track all tasks, projects and deadlines. That makes everything much clearer and helps prevent things from being missed or overlooked.
Cons
Even though it has a free version, the paid plans can get fairly expensive for larger teams or if you need the more advanced features.

“Visual workflow and collaboration”
Pros
One thing that really stands out is how well it lays out tasks and projects in a visual way. The customizable boards, lists and timelines make workflow management much more organized and working with a team feels more connected and efficient.
Cons
Getting started can take a little patience especially for new users. Certain features, such as reporting and task dependencies, are more involved and need extra time to configure properly. Still, once you get used to the platform and learn how its features work, it becomes an incredibly useful tool.

“Versatile project overview and communication”
Pros
It gives us a really versatile view of our projects, whether in lists, boards and other formats. The timelines with dependencies are especially helpful, real time reporting works very well and it's convenient that nothing needs to be saved manually. It has also become an important platform for communication within our team.
Cons
One downside is that if you don't take the time to really dig into the software, a lot of its features can easily be missed and in the end you may not use it anywhere near its full potential.

“Social media workflow win”
Pros
Handling social media work like captions, hashtags and different campaign strategies is really convenient here. I can keep up with the day to day social media workload from anywhere in the app and the notifications help me stay on schedule when rolling out promotional marketing across multiple platforms. Within projects, creating tasks and lists is also very easy.
Cons
One thing that holds it back a bit is that I haven't been able to assign another person to a task so the communication side of things isn't as efficient as I'd want it to be.

“Strong planning and coordination”
Pros
Asana gives us a great way to handle scheduling with a clear hierarchy, along with planning organizing and prioritizing tasks based on how urgent they are. It also supports team communication through instant messaging and file sharing and it works well for promoting services and products online.
Cons
I don't have anything negative to add here so there's nothing to put in the cons section.

“search frustrations and rising costs”
Pros
Back when we first started using it the platform felt very easy to navigate. It looked modern, was visually engaging and the team had no trouble following along. The Celebration Creatures were also a fun touch that I genuinely enjoyed.
Cons
Ever since the paid tiers were introduced, it feels like more and more features have been taken away unless you spend even more. For a small independent business, the pricing on the paid version is just far too high. On top of that the search feature is extremely frustrating to use and clearing out old clutter or unnecessary items is nearly impossible. At this point I really cannot recommend it anymore.

“Great team task collaboration”
Pros
Asana was the very first tool I used for assigning project tasks and it worked really well for that. It also lets me involve other team members whenever I need help by asking them to collaborate on specific tasks.
