“Not hitting the mark....yet.”
Pros
I love how Asana eliminates the need for excessive emails. Instead of sorting through numerous emails and threads for task details and updates, Asana allows all conversations to be included in one task, with the option to mark it complete.
Cons
The task notifications don't include the user who created them. It would be preferable to retain access to tasks I've completed while allowing the task manager to see my progress without reassigning them.

“Asana is a Leader in the Task Management Niche”
Pros
The interface is incredibly user-friendly and consistent across all devices and browsers.
Cons
The font size on the platform is too small, and I wish there was an option to change it within the platform instead of relying on the browser settings.

“Asana Saves the Day”
Pros
Get started with Asana not a hassle and is breeze to use. I also love the option to customize project views. It works well for projects of all sizes. Another advantage is the ability to change project statuses and provide updates. Tasks are linked which makes it easy to track progress and future actions. Importing tasks from a spreadsheet is a fantastic feature.
Cons
Personally, I see a downside in that as some of my clients struggle with its usability. However, I believe that after watching a tutorial or taking the tour, it becomes easy to navigate.

“Asana will keep you organized and on task!”
Pros
It's user-friendly, allowing me to schedule recurring tasks in the calendar. I love the satisfying checkmark feature and the ability to add descriptions and assign people to tasks. It's fantastic that I've been using the free version and it has significantly helped me stay productive and organized in my business.
Cons
At the moment, I can't think of anything that I do not like. I absolutely loved using it. Although it can be integrated with Google, I chose not to do that.
