Pros
Everything is laid out clearly and works really well. You can create to do lists and always keep a good overview of your campaigns.

We still haven't managed to integrate it properly across the company yet but that's not the software's fault.

“Flexible workflows and sync”
Pros
Asana has been really convenient to use for task management and the integrations make it even more useful. The customizable templates let workflows be adjusted to fit specific projects which helps teams work more efficiently. Its collaboration tools also keep communication flowing, with instant updates and clear progress tracking making it a strong option for product design teams.
Cons
It does a lot well but the reporting side could use a few more advanced features to provide deeper insight into project timelines and resource allocation. On top of that the mobile app interface could be cleaner and more organized since navigation can seem less helpful when trying to manage tasks on the go.

“Flexible HR workflows”
Pros
It has been really flexible for us especially when it comes to building workflows and setting up our HR request ticketing system with approvals and task assignments.

One issue that comes up occasionally is that the automated email workflows sometimes disconnect and have to be turned back on manually.

“onboarding is simple now”
Pros
Keeping up with my own projects is easy now and it also works really well for collaborating with other people. Our team relies on it quite a bit when onboarding new employees.
Cons
Since it doesn't connect with the other tools we use, I have to make a point of opening the platform myself and checking or updating my tasks.

“Organized projects and communication”
Pros
Using it as a virtual assistant has worked out really well. It keeps my projects, notes and hours neatly organized and it also makes communication with my employer much more convenient. I can leave comments directly on specific projects and she gets notified right away so there's no need to send a separate email.
Cons
The calendar feels a bit limited. It would be better if it could also send notifications or reminders for important upcoming dates.
