Keeping track of tasks, setting up workflows, managing projects and collaborating with the team all work really well in Asana.

It can take new users a bit of time to get comfortable with how everything works and the pricing may feel a little high.

Keeping track of tasks is simple, the interface is user friendly and it works really well for collaborating with a team.

There are just too many notifications at times. On top of that some of the premium features feel a little expensive for smaller organizations.

Everything is laid out clearly and works really well. You can create to do lists and always keep a good overview of your campaigns.

We still haven't managed to integrate it properly across the company yet but that's not the software's fault.

Asana has been really convenient to use for task management and the integrations make it even more useful. Its collaboration tools also keep communication flowing, with instant updates and clear progress tracking making it a strong option for product design teams.

It does a lot well but the reporting side could use a few more advanced features to provide deeper insight into project timelines and resource allocation. On top of that the mobile app interface could be cleaner and more organized since navigation can seem less helpful when trying to manage tasks on the go.

It has been really flexible for us especially when it comes to building workflows and setting up our HR request ticketing system with approvals and task assignments.

Cons

One issue that comes up occasionally is that the automated email workflows sometimes disconnect and have to be turned back on manually.

The interface is clean and user friendly so navigating the platform and organizing projects is pretty easy even if you're just getting started.

The free version is missing a few advanced tools, such as timeline view and custom fields and those are only included with the paid plans.

Keeping up with my own projects is easy now and it also works really well for collaborating with other people. Our team relies on it quite a bit when onboarding new employees.

Since it doesn't connect with the other tools we use, I have to make a point of opening the platform myself and checking or updating my tasks.

There's a ton you can customize with this product which makes it really flexible for different needs. I also really enjoy the dynamic reporting and the platform offers a strong level of collaboration that makes working with others much better.

At first it took a little time to understand because there are so many customization options. Once I started building things out and testing it though, I ended up enjoying it a lot more.

It works especially well for teams or individuals who want to stay organized and productive without dealing with a lot of extra complexity.

Using it as a virtual assistant has worked out really well. It keeps my projects, notes and hours neatly organized and it also makes communication with my employer much more convenient. I can leave comments directly on specific projects and she gets notified right away so there's no need to send a separate email.

The calendar feels a bit limited. It would be better if it could also send notifications or reminders for important upcoming dates.
