Working with it has made it much simpler to organize my projects, tasks and daily work. It's especially helpful for team collaboration too since it lets me keep track of everything we've completed and all the activities we've worked on.

My only complaint is that it can feel a little complicated for people who are just starting out. Since the tool comes with a lot of features, learning how to use everything can be challenging for new users.

“Flexible setup and clean design”

Pros

One of the best parts is how customizable it is. I am pretty particular and tend to think in systems so being able to shape it around specific, high-level workflows really matters to me. Even with all that flexibility, it still delivers plenty of power without making the interface feel cluttered, slow or visually overwhelming.

Cons

There's honestly very little to complain about and most of it feels minor compared with what the platform does well. One small annoyance is the pop-up messages for completed, deleted or updated tasks that show up on the left side of the screen and block the menus or project list. You end up having to close them one by one before you can click into the next project.

Among project management tools, this one stands out as the best I have used. It puts a lot of attention into refining the core functionality which makes the overall experience feel cohesive and well thought out. Managing tasks across different teams and projects helps make everyday work much more manageable.

Cons

At times the functionality can feel a bit limited because the product focuses on doing fewer things really well unlike tools such as ClickUp that offer a wider range of features even if they're not as professional. Getting a team fully on board can also be challenging and strong onboarding is definitely needed to get the most value from it.

It is simple, the app runs reliably in the browser and I can pull up my projects without wasting time.

I don't have any complaints. It has not given me any problems or issues at all.

Being able to manage both my schedule and my team's schedule remotely has been a huge advantage. I also really value how well it supports collaboration with every member of the team. On top of that the flexibility of the tool is something I genuinely appreciate.

Getting around the software can be a little challenging at first. It definitely takes some time to get used to and adjust properly.

Among the tools I have used in hospitality, this one has been the most creative and practical. It worked especially well with a large team since we could leave handovers for coworkers and also assign tasks that needed to be tracked over the long term.

Being able to tailor this software to the way you work is a big plus. You can prioritize tasks, assign deadlines and keep everything visible and transparent in one place. It also works really well for collaborating with other people on shared tasks.

The basic plan doesn't offer very many options so it can feel a bit limited if you're not using a paid version.
