“Organized task boards that deliver”
Pros
Task boards and lists keep everything well organized and make it much simpler to stay on track with deadlines and goals. It's also very user friendly for anyone who's just getting started with project management.
Cons
Notifications can become overwhelming if you don't stay on top of them and the free plan does come with some limitations.

“Flexible for every workflow”
Pros
One of Asana's biggest strengths is how flexible it is and how well it adapts to teams of any size. It works just as well for personal task lists as it does for large, cross-functional projects and the customization options make it easy to fit different workflows.
Cons
The features are quite reliable overall but there are times when the API has glitches.

“Clean UI and flexible subtasks”
Pros
Using it is fun. The interface is clean, managing subtasks is simple and being able to copy all subtasks from one task to another is a huge time-saver.
Cons
One thing that could be better is the task preview display in certain views. Also, in the free version, tasks cannot be assigned to multiple users.

“simplifies task tracking”
Pros
It is a very user friendly and practical tool. From seeing the current status of each task to how simple it is to organize and classify everything, it's quick to understand what's going on as soon as you open the app. The option to separate work by teams is also really useful.
Cons
Visually, it could be a bit more appealing and cleaner.

“Great templates and reporting”
Pros
As a project management platform, it's really amazing as there are plenty of simple layouts and ready-made project templates so you don't need any PM background to begin using it. The reporting features are excellent as well and the goal-setting tools add a lot of value for the team.
Cons
Pricing is the biggest downside. We'd love to use the top-tier plan but as a startup it's tough to justify paying the full amount when only some teams are using it. The cost can add up pretty fast.

“Strong collaboration across teams”
Pros
Asana is a comprehensive project management platform and it works really well for cross-team collaboration especially when several organizations are involved in deliverables that depend on one another.
Cons
There are times when it's easy to lose your way in its tracking tools and it definitely feels designed with product managers in mind. I'd love to see the views and customization keep evolving so they better support different working styles.
