“Great project and team workflow”
Pros
Well it is quite user friendly once you understand how projects and teams are organized.
Cons
One downside is that other team members can delete a task you created if they've been added to it.

“Simple and complete”
Pros
It is a very user friendly and complete tool for managing all our projects. Plus it covers everything needed in one place and keeps project management clear and organized.
Cons
The part I wasn't happy with was the video tutorial meant to help users since I didn't find it very good.

“Clear home screen, limited features”
Pros
The home screen is way more user friendly than Proofhub's as it makes it easier to see what needs to get done.
Cons
Since we were on a free or lower-tier plan, a lot of the features were locked and unavailable to us.

“tool that delivers”
Pros
Asana has been a strong productivity tool for our team and has helped us reach our goals as an organization. It keeps everyone organized and makes teamwork much easier to manage.
Cons
I really like it because it already covers most of what we need in an organizational tool. That said I'd still appreciate having more customization options.

“Organized planning and collaboration”
Pros
It does a really good job of keeping projects organized through its task management features and calendar views which makes planning content, setting deadlines and following progress much more manageable. The integrations with tools like Google Drive also help a lot with sharing files and collaborating with others.
Cons
One part I wasn't too happy with was how cluttered things can get when handling more complex projects since a large number of tasks and subtasks can start to feel overwhelming. On top of that some features seem a bit restricted unless you move up to the premium plan.

“Clean interface and quick adoption”
Pros
Asana was the first project management platform I worked with and right away the clean, modern layout stood out. It makes navigation feel very natural so new users can get comfortable with it and start using it quickly.
Cons
One downside is the smaller selection of plugins and power-ups. On top of that the customization features may fall short for teams that need to manage very complex or highly detailed workflows.

“sync causes problems”
Pros
The interface looks professional, keeps things organized well and the ability to switch between different project views is genuinely useful.
Cons
One frustrating part is how hard the syncing feels between the desktop app and the browser. When someone shares a link, it opens in the browser instead of the desktop app which breaks the flow. On top of that it is overpriced for what the platform actually delivers.

Pros
The versatility really stands out especially in the backend logic that lets you build powerful workflows.
Cons
Once the task history grows quite large, the interface can start to feel a bit laggy. That said it never becomes serious enough to get in the way of day to day work.

“Simple collaboration that clicks”
Pros
I find it easy to use. Also I can set up tasks in no time, collaborate with others without any hassle and the interface is simple enough for pretty much anyone to use. It's also really helpful that it integrates with Slack, email and other tools which makes keeping everything in one workflow much easier.
Cons
There is a free version available but a lot of features are restricted. Other than that, my only real complaint is the price.

“amazing task tracking flow”
Pros
This one is a really powerful project management tool with a clean, simple interface. Also getting started is pretty easy and handling the basics like creating a project and adding tasks doesn't take much effort. The app is very user friendly so it's quick to jump in and get to the tasks that need attention. I also like being able to scroll through my task list and pick something that fits the amount of time I have available. Prioritizing tasks by importance is another feature that works really well. I prefer the list view for projects since it lets me see everything without constantly opening different workspaces or boards though having the Kanban layout available is a nice bonus too.
Cons
This isn't really a problem caused by the software itself but I have a habit of adding too many tasks into project management tools and that can make me less motivated to open them later. In the end, I still find it easier to remember certain things when I write them down on paper instead.

“Flexible features and friendly workflow”
Pros
It may not feel especially user friendly right away but once you get into it, there's a huge range of options and plenty of room to customize things the way you want. Compared with other tools like Notion, the platform feels much more user friendly and it also offers more functionality than alternatives such as Trello.
Cons
The Pro plan is on the expensive side which can be tough to justify especially for an SME.

“Flexible workflows that fit”
Pros
Asana really stands out for how much you can customize it and tailor the workflow to match different team needs and specific projects. It gives a lot of flexibility which makes it much easier to set things up in a way that actually fits how your team works.
Cons
One thing that could make it even better would be stronger, more noticeable notifications for upcoming due dates. That would help ensure important deadlines don't get overlooked.
