“Fun unicorn rewards”
Pros
One feature that's especially fun is the unicorn celebration that appears after you finish a random number of tasks.
Cons
Up to this point, I haven't come across anything about it that feels annoying.

Pros
The interface is simple and user friendly and collaborating with others feels much more natural thanks to the commenting feature.

I'd just like to see a bit more depth when it comes to customization options.

“Better workflow integration”
Pros
Being able to simplify my workflow and connect other systems with Asana has been something I have really enjoyed.
Cons
Getting familiar with the system takes some effort but the live training sessions and tutorials definitely help.

“Calendar view keeps team aligned”
Pros
One thing that really works well is the calendar view. On a single screen, I can quickly see what everyone on my team has coming up over the next few days and get a clear sense of how packed our schedule is.
Cons
The mobile app still feels a bit limited. My biggest complaint is that it doesn't include the calendar view which is exactly why I rarely use it much in my manager role.

“Powerful workflow logic layers”
Pros
The platform can handle a lot of complexity and I really appreciate how many levels and layers of logic you can build into it.
Cons
Getting comfortable with the layout and understanding how the platform worked took some time especially since I was coming from Trello and Kanban boards in Confluence.

“Flexible team planning tools”
Pros
Across different teams and project types, Asana adapts really well. It gives you plenty of ways to sort tasks, use tags and switch between views like list, board and calendar. It works especially well for coordinating workflows with multiple people involved and the free version still includes more than enough features to keep everything organized.
Cons
One downside is that inbox messages in the free plan can get buried pretty quickly which sometimes makes communication harder to keep track of.

“Task tracking that clicks”
Pros
Being able to connect it with Clockify is a big plus since it lets me track my tasks that way. I can also set up new projects on my own without needing help. My workplace uses it for team task management in general but I have ended up using it for my personal organization too.
Cons
One thing missing is a student plan as there really aren't any discounts available for students.

“Back to spreadsheets again”
Pros
One helpful part is being able to set up a list of projects and keep team conversations separated within each project area. The Outlook add-in is also a strong feature since it lets you turn emails into tasks and add them quickly.
Cons
After using it for more than a year I ended up going back to a basic spreadsheet I built myself to manage projects. I need to see exactly what each person is working on at any moment and how many hours are required to complete their tasks and this platform doesn't really handle either need well. You can enter a time budget along with start and end dates but it just spreads the workload evenly across that time which isn't useful for how I manage consulting work. It might be a better fit for larger corporate teams but for a consulting firm, it didn't work for me.

“Feature packed software”
Pros
This project management software feels very complete. The free version includes a surprisingly large number of features which is pretty uncommon for this kind of tool. I also really appreciate how much customization it offers.
Cons
At first it did not seem very user‑friendly. That's really the only downside I can point out.

“highly customizable tool”
Pros
The standout for me is how customizable it is. It feels like there are endless ways to use it and we rely on it for all kinds of tasks. It's become such a central part of my day to day workflow that I honestly cannot picture working without it.
Cons
One area where it falls a bit short is user access control within projects. For instance, there should be more flexibility around deciding who can comment, who can view and who can upload attachments.

“Handy task tracking for teams”
Pros
Keeping track of work is much more manageable with Asana. It gives a clear view of pending tasks, not just my own but also everything the team still has open on shared assignments and projects.
Cons
One thing missing is built-in tools like whiteboards and group chat for collaboration especially when we need to discuss ideas or brainstorm together. Because of that, we have to pay for separate software which adds to the overall cost.

“Collaboration keeps everyone aligned”
Pros
Across a business with multiple layers, this has been an excellent tool to keep everyone connected and working together. We use it throughout the organization to stay involved, collaborate better and keep projects moving. Getting immediate feedback from team members has been especially valuable and has made a real difference in how we manage work.
Cons
