Best for project tracking

Pros

Asana has been the best tool for staying on top of all the projects we have running at the same time.

Cons

One thing I'd really want is the ability to select several tasks at once and move them down to the bottom of the page.

Versatile project tracking powerhouse

Pros

The tool is very user friendly and comes with an interactive interface that makes working in it more engaging. With features like documentation, project management and workflow management, it works well as a multi-purpose platform. Setting timelines and reminders is also easy which helps a lot with tracking project progress and module status effectively. Another plus is that the dashboard can be customized based on specific needs.

Cons

Pricing is definitely on the expensive side especially when compared with competing tools. On top of that getting familiar with all of its features and understanding how everything works can take quite a bit of time in the beginning which may feel overwhelming for beginners. Apart from that, it is still a good tool overall.

All work in one place

Pros

Having everything centralized is the biggest advantage. It cuts down on messy email threads and unnecessary meetings since all the work is available in one place.

Cons

One limitation is that the same team members cannot be assigned across multiple projects properly which makes it harder to track projects that are due around the same time.

ideal project management fit

Pros

As a project management tool, Asana works really well. It's a strong fit for tech-savvy companies especially when compliance and project work are handled together by the same team.

Cons

One challenge is that it can feel a bit hard to use for people who aren't very comfortable with technology. I understand why the process is set up the way it is but it may still be too advanced for non-technical users.

Pros

Its interface is user friendly and simple and everything I need is right where I expect it to be.

Helpful reminders, frustrating limits

Pros

One thing that works really well is how it keeps me on track with tasks through reminders and notifications. The interface is also user friendly and it honestly makes it easier to stay productive and get things finished.

Cons

After using it for quite some time, I have noticed that while it has plenty of strong points, a few things are frustrating too. The free version is really good for handling tasks and keeping everything organized at first. The problem is that over time, access to certain features gets restricted which makes it feel like you're being pushed toward upgrading. I understand the need for companies to monetize their product but it would be much better if the free plan stayed usable without those limitations especially during times when paying for an upgrade just isn't realistic.

Flexible boards and helpful inbox

Pros

The thing that really works well with Asana is how flexible it is when organizing work, whether in boards or lists. The daily tasks section is super convenient and the Inbox makes it simple to keep up with everything that's happening. The alerts and Inbox notifications are especially useful because they help make sure nothing gets missed.

Cons

I am happy with all of it and cannot really think of any downsides.

clean and user friendly

Pros

Using it is so easy. A lot of other project management tools tend to overcomplicate the user experience but this one keeps things simple.

Cons

One thing that bothers me is that tasks can disappear into nowhere if they're created without being added to a project. When a new task isn't assigned properly, it can easily get lost in the void.
