Asana was the very first tool I used for assigning project tasks and it worked really well for that. It also lets me involve other team members whenever I need help by asking them to collaborate on specific tasks.

It does a lot well but the reporting side could use a few more advanced features to provide deeper insight into project timelines and resource allocation. On top of that the mobile app interface could be cleaner and more organized since navigation can seem less helpful when trying to manage tasks on the go.

Using it as a virtual assistant has worked out really well. It keeps my projects, notes and hours neatly organized and it also makes communication with my employer much more convenient. I can leave comments directly on specific projects and she gets notified right away so there's no need to send a separate email.
