Comprehensive but confusing tool

Pros

It effectively serves its purpose by encompassing all the essential elements required to create and manage editorial plans and tasks.

Cons

Adjusting to the tool took time, and even after adapting, I didn't find it particularly appealing. The boards can be confusing, especially with numerous tasks and team members, making navigation challenging. While the features are beneficial for work, they become less favorable in time-sensitive situations or when multitasking during calls. Personally, I found using Asana challenging without full focus.

One of the great tools for your Project

Pros

The UI imparts a sense of organization and confidence, making it easy to accomplish tasks. The ease of use sets it apart, surpassing Notion or ClickUp.

Cons

Asana could benefit from additional features, and a slight reduction in pricing could make it a more attractive tool.

One of the Greatest Project Management Software!

Pros

Asana encompasses multiple project management features, team collaboration, task tracking, sub-task capabilities, file sharing, and many other aspects that make it challenging to cover all its merits here.

Cons

I've been using Asana for a minimum of 2 years, and I couldn't find any complaints!

Asana is a good choice especially as your first tool

Pros

Compared to alternatives, it is simpler, user-friendly, well-designed, and equipped with excellent features, particularly for to-do lists and task management. It competes favorably in terms of price, offering good value for money.

Cons

It lacks functionality, and I question its suitability for companies aiming to scale up.

Fine, mostly

Pros

Being fairly well-known, there's a good chance new hires come with a basic understanding from previous employment. While it's not a high barrier to entry for basic use, some advanced features may seem a bit esoteric.

Cons

Support is inconsistent, and integration seems more cumbersome than necessary. Documentation can be outdated, misleading, and at times incorrect. Some obvious features, repeatedly requested in the support forum, are missing. Instead, we get something seemingly random and mostly useless, likely from a big client, giving the appearance of ongoing development while ignoring community demands for genuinely useful features.

best project management software

Pros

Asana facilitates various automated procedures and integrations, enhancing team productivity. In Slack, setting up deadlines and receiving automatic alerts for project components' completion becomes streamlined, easing the transition to the next project phase.

Cons

In Asana, you can only assign one task to a team member at a time, requiring different communication for projects involving multiple workers in a given area.

Might be good at task management, but the UX as a creative is terrible

Pros

Asana allows me to manage client projects without relying on emails.

Cons

The UX is horrendous for me as a creative. The ability to visually identify and customize projects and tasks for quick differentiation lags behind products like Trello.

Great app to track your work and personal tasks

Pros

I appreciate the ability to search tasks using keywords and the option to add extensive details within each task.

Cons

The app has too many features and tabs. I wish it were simpler, focusing on showing tasks and inviting colleagues and friends when needed.
