“Slack link saves time”
Pros
Being able to integrate Asana with Slack has been a huge time-saver for our team.
Cons
The downside is that the inbox fills up quickly so it's pretty easy to miss important information.

“Powerful teamwork and flexibility”
Pros
Working with this tool has honestly exceeded what I expected from a project management platform. As a contractor on a large project, it helps everyone stay aware of their roles, makes communication easy and keeps task lists moving with clear checkoffs. I also use it for my personal projects and I really appreciate how flexible it is across different kinds of work. Using it gives me a real sense of progress and accomplishment.
Cons
One thing that could be improved is the setup process since some of the configuration can feel a little tedious and take more time than it should.

“Organized teamwork and clear view”
Pros
Keeping track of everything is much simpler with this tool. I can clearly see what's on my plate, what the rest of the team is handling and when tasks are supposed to be completed. It's really helpful for communicating inside the platform, sharing workflow updates and making changes quickly when plans shift. Being able to collaborate with clients on separate boards is also fantastic and has made our overall workstreams feel much more organized.
Cons
The only downside is that not everyone uses this tool so there are times when we have to spend extra effort getting people to adopt it or finding ways to connect our system with theirs.

“Great client tracking”
Pros
Being able to manage all my clients in one place and stay on top of the work I do every day has been a huge help. I also really enjoy the different board layout options.
Cons
I honestly don't have any complaints about it at all as it's been a wonderful tool to use.

“Everything organized in one place”
Pros
Pretty much my whole life stays organized in Asana. I use it to keep up with client work, invoicing and personal projects and it helps me stay on top of everything in one place. When new project or business ideas pop into my head, I can park them there instead of acting on impulse, then come back later and decide if they're actually worth pursuing.
Cons
The only minor downside is that I wish there were a way to assign multiple people when creating a new task. It's not a huge issue but that feature would definitely be helpful.

“simple setup process”
Pros
Asana adapts really well to different project management styles, team needs and expectations. It's simple to customize, whether that means setting permissions by role organizing project access or building out templates. I have watched clients and coworkers across all kinds of industries and team sizes tailor it to fit how they work and make the platform feel like their own.
Cons
There have been a few minor moments when information in it seemed to disappear although that may have come down to user error on my side or someone else's. It can definitely be frustrating when that happens but it also serves as a reminder to double-check details so existing data doesn't get accidentally overwritten.

“Task tracking keeps everyone aligned”
Pros
Assigning work is easy, deadlines stay visible and it makes follow-ups much clearer across the company since everything happens directly on the task instead of getting lost in emails or messages.

“top notch tool for sure”
Pros
What really stood out to me was the user‑friendly interface. Plus it makes project management easy and approachable for teams of any size. The customizable workflows and tasks help keep everyone organized and moving in the right direction. I also value the strong collaboration features like comment threads and file attachments because they make team communication much more effective. Integrations with tools like Slack and Google Drive also fit nicely into our existing processes and help boost overall productivity.
Cons
A downside I noticed is that handling larger projects can sometimes get complicated since the wide range of features may feel overwhelming. For some users, the learning curve can be fairly steep especially when they start exploring the more advanced functions. Another limitation is the lack of offline access which can be inconvenient for teams working in places with unstable internet connections. Also, while the free version is definitely helpful some important features are locked behind paid plans which may be less suitable for smaller teams or startups.

“Unauthorized seat changes and overbilling”
Pros
It's a project organization tool that basically offers the same features you'd expect from any other project management platform.
Cons
I paid for a premium plan and twice they changed my account to include more seats than I actually bought. The first time it happened, they said they'd make up for it by giving me a few months free. We switched the account back to the two-seat minimum and I assumed that would settle it. Then they changed it again to five seats without telling me and overcharged me a second time. Instead of paying about $22, I ended up being billed $74. Once again, they refused to issue any refund even though they were the ones who altered the account. Afterward, I learned this happens to other people too. I was lucky I was only billed for three extra seats and not five or even 15.

Pros
Having dynamic view options for each board makes it simple to adjust workflows and monitor tasks in whatever format fits your team best.
