“Simple team project sharing”

Really easy to use and sharing projects with the rest of the team is just as simple.

Cons

I cannot think of any downsides at the moment. It worked very well.

It is quite flexible, quick to use and has a modern-looking design. The free version is quite capable and there are plenty of features available to handle different kinds of work.

The pricing feels a bit too high compared with other similar programs.

There are a few minor bugs here and there but it feels like a small update could resolve them pretty quickly.

Submitting tasks and keeping track of them across different teams on the platform has been really easy which is something I have loved about using Asana.

The collaboration tools are one of the better parts of it and the platform offers a good set of features overall.

The part I like least is its portability and the way it's used which doesn't feel as convenient as it should.

Pros

Compared with similar tools, Asana really separates itself with Timeline. It gives a clear view of the entire project layout which makes it much easier to spot what's causing delays.

Cons

One area where it falls short is search. Finding specific tasks or conversations can be frustrating especially when a project has a large number of items.

“Daily reminders and task roadmaps”

Pros

The daily reminders are really helpful and make Asana feel like a digital agenda. It's also useful that you can build roadmaps, block one task with another and set up dependencies between tasks.

Cons

On the timeline view, the dependencies don't clearly show how two tasks are connected, like whether the relationship is finish-to-start or finish-to-finish.

Pros

It's been really useful for keeping my agenda organized.

Cons

At times it's not that helpful for the workflow since it cannot connect to Google.

This one works really well as a management tool which makes it much simpler for everyone involved to understand the status of a specific task or product. It's also a really effective way to keep communication flowing across the team.

Cons

One downside is that it can send a lot of notifications by email.

One thing that worked really well for me was how simple it was to organize tasks into separate folders and rank them by urgency and due dates. Sharing everything with the team was easy too and it was also convenient to go back, find older tasks and check comments when needed.

Cons

The only downside was the level of integration with other software since it does feel a bit limited in some cases. Even with that, it is still definitely worth using to stay on top of tasks.

The feature set you get for this price is really amazing.

Its flexibility is incredible as we can build projects and processes in whatever way fits our team best. Plus I keep discovering new features in daily use that make my work more efficient and help me stay organized.

Only small annoyance I have noticed is that changing the time in the due date field can feel a bit awkward when typing it manually instead of selecting it from the drop-down.

Pros

Using Asana on both mobile and web made assigning tasks much more convenient. The option to create subtasks for different team members was also very useful. It helped us organize teams by specific needs and monitor project progress in real time.

Cons

The workflow automation features don't offer much flexibility. Document sharing is not really effective and feels lacking. Email tracking also isn't available and notifications can be inconsistent.

Breaking work into smaller tasks and adding collaborators is really easy which makes staying organized much better.

Cons

It offers a lot of really useful features but getting around everything can feel a bit overwhelming at times.

Being able to set up tasks along with subtasks was a feature I appreciated.

Handling tasks and tracking completion felt frustrating.

It is user friendly and the collaboration features are one of its biggest strengths. It's really nice being able to manage multiple projects at the same time while keeping everyone accountable for their tasks without needing to update status manually or send separate emails.

Cons

Managing very large projects can become a bit challenging especially when privacy settings are involved.

Pros

Compared with other tools in the same category, this app refreshes much faster. The free trial is really helpful when deciding whether it's worth purchasing and the real-time tracking is something I genuinely appreciate.

Cons

The Pro version costs more than Monday which makes the pricing feel a bit high even though there is still a free version available.

It is a user friendly tool and it's simple to use day to day. Features like task assignments and file sharing help keep everyone aligned and on the same page.

The core features are pretty easy to pick up but the more advanced tools and integrations take a bit of time to fully learn.

Asana has been a really effective way to assign tasks across the business, monitor progress and make sure everything keeps moving in the right direction.

Getting started did take some adjustment and I didn't really have the time to properly learn the system.
