“Simple tool with great organization”
Pros
What I like most about this tool is how simple it is to use since I can color-code projects, set due dates and notifications for specific days, assign tasks to teammates and create nested subtasks within tasks and projects, my workflow feels much more organized and simple to manage.
Cons
On the mobile app the biggest drawback I came across is the inability to arrange projects and tasks on my dashboard by priority so tasks from different projects end up mixed together and don't appear in a clear priority order which makes it difficult for me to focus on what matters most.

“Keeps work neatly arranged”
Pros
Keeping my work neatly arranged is something I really value since I can sort everything by project and even split larger jobs into detailed subtasks for better clarity and follow-up.
Cons
What frustrates me is the lack of built-in time tracking per task because it means I have to depend on several different platforms to log hours and manage timelines which adds unnecessary complexity.

“Changed HR collaboration”
Pros
In our HR group of just two people even though each of us handles distinct day-to-day responsibilities, there are several overlapping tasks that either one of us can pick up when needed and using Asana to build consistent project templates for every process has allowed both of us to jump into a project, complete assigned items and tick things off the checklist, as a result, it really changed how I manage and execute HR work and made our collaboration far more efficient.
Cons
Honestly I find the platform very user-friendly and in the rare instance when I needed help I only reached out to customer support once, they guided me to the precise answer I was looking for and, crucially, recovered information I thought I had accidentally erased so I didn't lose any of my work and felt supported throughout the process.

“clear visual workflow”
Pros
For my team, Asana has replaced the glitchy spreadsheets and never-ending email threads by giving us a clear, visual workflow that makes tasks and timelines easy to follow and in my experience it truly stands out as the best option on the market for project and task tracking, I also find it simple to use and whenever I've needed assistance their customer support has been exceptional.
Cons
Can't say I've come across any real problems with the software for what we do but if I have to mention one drawback it's the initial learning curve which felt fairly steep and required a bit of time and patience before the interface started to feel natural.

“less beneficial for small teams”
Pros
I've discovered that the application packs considerable power under the hood, offering me a great deal of adaptability when I'm delegating responsibilities among colleagues and when I'm setting up and organizing multiple projects for our team to execute.
Cons
When I'm dealing with a very small team, I find the platform less beneficial because it feels primarily built for larger organizations and on top of that I had to tackle a steep learning curve due to the sheer number of functions and options available.

“Budget-friendly and simple”
Pros
From my perspective this budget-friendly and simple project management tool is easy to adopt and my teams of varying sizes have used it successfully across a wide range of industries.
Cons
I've noticed that search results can be unreliable at times especially when I'm looking for particular keywords contained inside project names which is frustrating.

“Visually simple Kanban workflow”
Pros
My team recently rolled out Asana to manage our projects and I'm a big fan of the Kanban-style, card-driven workflow because it's visually simple and flexible, there are numerous customization options that let us scale the tool for both smaller and enterprise-level initiatives.
Cons
Switching over to Asana proved to be a steep learning curve for anyone, like me, who hasn't worked with a modern visual project board before and I feel they should provide far more comprehensive onboarding tutorials to help new users, on top of that, the paid features strike me as overpriced given the actual value they deliver.

“Big fan of task tracking”
Pros
Having used Asana at previous jobs, I'm genuinely a big fan of it as my go-to for task tracking, it lets me write very detailed descriptions for individual tasks while also offering visibility into team progress across different projects which becomes invaluable during end-of-quarter crunches or other hectic seasons at companies of any size. Beyond its features, I appreciate that the interface is clean and simple so getting up to speed and managing work doesn't feel overly complicated.
Cons
I've never really run into any major issues with Asana and for the handful of small hiccups I've come across the support team has been reliably helpful, responding at a consistent level so that I'm left without significant complaints, overall my experience has been smooth enough that I don't feel there's anything noteworthy to criticize.

“Excellent for task tracking”
Pros
I find Asana excellent for tracking tasks and collaborating on projects across several teams, it's simple to use and unquestionably fulfilled the needs we had.
Cons
it lacks integrated time-tracking and management features comparable platforms offer and the interface feels less advanced than competitors.

“All in one!!!!!!!”
Pros
Honestly I'm head over heels for Asana, it's easily one of the top project management tools out there, with a clean, simple interface that makes staying organized feel almost effortless and I genuinely appreciate how the team constantly ships new features and listens to user feedback. On top of that the Asana AI Teammate and the broader AI capabilities have completely changed the way I manage tasks and coordinate projects with my team.
Cons
So far I haven't been able to pinpoint a real flaw in the system, it feels very simple and is super quick to learn and if I were pressed to suggest an improvement it would be to offer more customization options and sprinkle in a few more delightful touches or celebratory moments when tasks are completed.

“Transformed team collaboration”
Pros
Working with Asana has transformed how our team collaborates and keeps track of projects and I regularly rely on its simple project-tracking views, I especially value being able to set clear due dates to drive progress, assign responsibilities to the correct teammates and hold most of our project conversations directly inside the platform.
Cons
That said although I think Asana is a highly effective and capable tool, I have found that when I'm not particularly comfortable with technology it can be challenging to unlock all of its features and use them to their fullest which sometimes limits the benefit I get from it.

“Go-to for tracking projects”
Pros
For our team, Asana became the go-to tool for tracking projects and overseeing programme management and I relied on its mix of customizable, easy-to-use functions, like dragging and dropping multiple project attributes, to keep tabs on my department's work, coordinate tasks and monitor progress on a regular basis.
Cons
I wouldn't say there's anything I actively dislike about Asana but I do want to be clear that it doesn't replace Microsoft Project when you need deep, detailed project-planning capabilities, instead it offers a graphical interface and workflow-focused features that suit fast-moving teams and environments where speed and visual organization matter more than complex scheduling functions.

“the timeline view is a game changer.”
Pros
i love the feeling of finding an insight in the data, then making a change on my website, and then seeing the numbers go up in google analytics. it is a complete feedback loop that helps me grow my business in a smart, data-driven way. it is a very rewarding process.
Cons
it is very easy to get lost in all the data and never actually make a decision. this is called analysis paralysis.

“effective and simple project tracking”
Pros
What I really appreciate about Asana is how effectively it handles project tracking and overall work management and I also find its layout and features simple which makes it simple to use day-to-day.
Cons
There really isn't anything about the software that bothers me, in my experience it's particularly well suited to project management and it reliably provides real-time task tracking so I stay updated.

“Incredibly difficult to navigate”
Pros
I've noticed it can store tons of information and I often share notes and boards with teammates so we can work together on projects and keep information flowing between us.
Cons
For me the app feels incredibly difficult to navigate making it difficult to retrieve items after I've saved them and overall it's not very user-friendly compared to several other, more capable products that offer the same core features.

“Simple task assigning”
Pros
I really appreciate how simple it is to assign tasks and track progress on ongoing projects as well as receive shared updates from teams and groups.
Cons
The interface feels a bit dated and I've been wishing they'd refresh the visuals and color scheme because it constantly makes me think of older software.

“Favorite for content projects”
Pros
Asana has become my favourite program for managing projects especially when the work is content-focused, things like social media schedules or broader content strategy where clarity and deadlines matter and I find it incredibly simple to navigate, offering the full suite of features needed to track tasks and collaborative project work across teams while representing very good value for money, typically, only about an hour of training is required for colleagues who are comfortable with technology.
Cons
Unfortunately there doesn't seem to be any instant, built-in reporting feature so I (or our team) have to open each task one by one to extract the details we need manually and then compile that data to create reports, for example, to measure how quickly tasks were completed which is time-consuming and glitchy.

“Restrictive single assignee”
Pros
While I appreciate many features, I find it a bit restrictive that a task can only be assigned to one person although you can bring others in as "collaborators" by tagging their @name in the comments, I only discovered that option after I had already realized I wanted two people to review the same document without having to create duplicate tasks for each reviewer.
Cons
Personally the aesthetic choices and the clear, simple layout really appeal to me and the app runs smoothly so I find it pleasant to use, the mobile apps work particularly well for individual use and because the platform is so welcoming to newcomers, it's the one I tend to choose. I'll certainly suggest it to my agent and I've already urged friends and family to give Asana a try, many of them have come back with positive remarks and I also rely on its stable, uninterrupted connectivity.

“Exceptionally simple with great integrations”
Pros
I've found Asana exceptionally simple to navigate and beyond being simple, it hooks up smoothly to a broad set of apps such as Google Workspace, Slack and Microsoft Teams so I can pull together project reports easily and stay on top of my task list without constant switching between tools.
Cons
One persistent frustration I ran into was the poor customer support because response times were often slow and left me waiting on answers long enough that it stalled important parts of my workflow.

“Worked reasonably well”
Pros
In my experience Asana worked reasonably well although there was a noticeable learning curve at the beginning, once I got a handle on the basic features it became a fairly reliable platform for managing workflows across a team project.
Cons
I found the interface somewhat illogical and not particularly simple to navigate which proved awkward for newcomers and made bringing new team members up to speed more difficult than I had anticipated.
