The setup can feel a bit difficult to understand when using it for the first time.

I haven't explored it deeply yet but from what I have seen, it feels quite limited.

It is easy to use, with a user friendly interface that makes day to day work easier. The customizable project views, whether list, board or calendar, are really helpful for managing different types of work. It also integrates well with tools like Slack, Google Drive and Zoom which keeps everything more organized. Assigning tasks and tracking progress is also easy and the automation features save a lot of time on recurring work.

Cons

Getting new team members up to speed can take a bit of time especially if they haven't used project management software before. The free version is also somewhat limited, particularly for larger teams that need more advanced features. On top of that notifications can get overwhelming if they aren't managed carefully.

The interface is really well done and I appreciate that most of the platform's features are available to use for free.

Cons

The only downside might be that the pricing feels a bit high once you start looking at the add-on features.

I find it easy to use and I really like being able to arrange the interface in a way that matches how I work.

Since I am not on the advanced plan, I do wish time tracking were included for everyone.

Pros

The clean dashboard makes it simple to view all of my assigned tasks organized by priority which helps me stay on top of what needs attention first. A feature I really appreciate is being able to toggle reminders within a task so I can get recurring prompts to update specific items regularly.

Cons

There is not much to complain about. If I had to mention something, I would prefer fewer notifications. Even when I choose to receive alerts in certain situations, I'd like those notifications to be prioritized in line with the importance of my tasks.

Pros

Across our company it has been really helpful for managing every project we work on. It also makes it very simple to see which tasks have been assigned.

Cons

It's an excellent project management tool and honestly I haven't run into anything to dislike.

Pros

Being able to set task dependencies makes it much easier to see which items rely on others being finished first and that has been really helpful for keeping work moving and getting tasks completed on time.

The free plan is fairly limited.

This software is user friendly and it doesn't take much time to learn. Compared with other project management tools I have used, it seems more basic and approachable.

Cons

Managing tasks and subtasks in bulk could be much better. I also wish the reporting offered more customization and the file upload experience needs improvement.

Its interface is clean and user friendly and having multiple views like list, board, calendar and timeline makes it flexible for different ways of working. It offers excellent task and project management features, plus the integrations and automation options are really strong. The collaboration tools also work well and help teams stay aligned in their day to day workflows.

Cons

There's definitely a bit of a learning curve at the beginning so it can feel overwhelming for new users. A few useful features especially advanced reporting, are only available on paid plans. The communication side is also a little less developed compared with some competing platforms.

At first it worked really well for organizing the team and assigning tasks.

Cons

Uploading documents was a bit frustrating, the paid plan felt overpriced and the extra features were hard to find and put into use. The mobile app also didn't perform very well.

It does a really good job of letting me create, manage and organize work across different projects without much hassle.

Cons

In my case though there isn't really one standout feature that keeps pulling me back regularly so I mostly just check in on it from time to time.

Stepping into a role where I didn't have much experience felt a lot more manageable with this. It helped me level up quickly and made it much easier to communicate tasks and projects clearly across internal teams as well as with outside partners.

I don't really have any complaints here. It's something I'd even use for my own personal life or work if I had enough going on to need it.

Managing projects and sprints is really easy with it which makes it simple to stay organized and keep everything moving.

Finding files can be a little confusing at times especially when trying to locate something quickly.

Keeping projects organized in Asana is really helpful especially when it comes to tracking all the individual tasks inside each one. The dark mode is also a nice touch and makes it much more comfortable on the eyes.

Cons

The number of email notifications can be overwhelming unless you disable them. Tagging people to assign tasks can also become confusing when there's a lot of back-and-forth in the messages.

“Bringing order to our workload”

Pros

Asana has really helped turn the chaos of my customer service workload into something much more organized and it also gives the rest of the team a clear view of what everyone is currently handling so kudos for that. It's easily the preferred tool for our team especially since we're spread across different parts of the world.

Cons

At this point nothing has failed to work the way we expected and the email notifications have been an added bonus as well.

Between task management, team collaboration and real-time file sharing, it offers a broad set of features that really helps organize how business work gets organized and handled.

Cons

I haven't run into any issues using it since the vendor resolved the bug I had been dealing with on the iOS app.

The interface looks modern and inviting and connecting it with Zapier makes it simple to build really useful automations.

there's not much to complain about. The only real challenge is staying on top of all my tasks on my end.
