Apart from that, it is still a good tool overall.

After using it for quite some time, I have noticed that while it has plenty of strong points, a few things are frustrating too. The problem is that over time, access to certain features gets restricted which makes it feel like you're being pushed toward upgrading. I understand the need for companies to monetize their product but it would be much better if the free plan stayed usable without those limitations especially during times when paying for an upgrade just isn't realistic.
