“feature rich but locked in”
Pros
There are plenty of features and built-in tools for keeping track of projects which I really appreciated.
Cons
The part I really disliked is that when you leave a company that used it, there's absolutely no way to take all the templates and workspace customizations you created with you.

“Real-time tracking we love”
Pros
The task board view keeps us on top of work as it happens so staying updated on real-time progress is never a problem. Its team communication features have given us an efficient way to keep everyone connected throughout the entire project especially when it comes to sharing updates quickly. On top of that the project reporting is outstanding and delivers valuable insights that help us keep our work aligned with our goals.
Cons
everything about it has won us over. There really isn't anything we like the least.

“user friendly tool”
Pros
Its interface is very user friendly and the customizable workflows make it simple to adapt the platform to different ways of working. It also does a good job with team collaboration, plus task management and prioritization are handled really well.
Cons
For smaller teams, it can feel a bit overwhelming at times and the number of notifications can become too much.

“Great project tracking tool”
Pros
Asana has been excellent for keeping our projects and tasks organized and under control. It's one of the best project management tools available especially since it's user friendly and comes with a free plan. I use it every day while working remotely and it fits really well into both my personal workflow and the way my team works.
Cons
At first I expected the learning curve to be difficult but it actually turned out to be very manageable. Getting used to it was easy and it ended up saving me a lot of time.

“modern UX, limited clear view”
Pros
The interface looks modern and appealing and it really helped me stay fully focused on the tasks assigned to me.
Cons
The downside is the lack of a wider view across all projects. If you're not directly involved in something but still want to follow it, there's no real way to see beyond your own responsibilities.

“Simplifyd workflows and quick support”
Pros
It takes complicated processes and turns them into something much more manageable with decent automation. On top of that customer support usually gets back within a day.
Cons
Overall, it's an excellent tool but one limitation stands out that is while the team and current description are always visible, earlier work isn't. For example, in a creative team, I can see the finished product but not the previous copy or design versions.

“Reliable task management tool”
Pros
Asana has been a really good tool for handling project management. Creating tasks is simple and assigning them to the right team members is very convenient.
Cons
One thing I don't like is how easily tasks can be marked as closed. It makes accidental task closure more likely than it should be.

Among all the project and task management tools I have used, this one has been the most powerful by far. It lets me automate workflows in real time which has been incredibly valuable. The built-in instant messaging and chat features are another big plus.
Cons
I have been using it for more than six years and I still haven't run into any drawbacks.

“Flexible setup that just works”
Pros
Right away the UX felt very user friendly and the overall layout is well thought out. Everything makes sense so using it feels natural. I also really appreciate that the free plan includes everything needed for individual use without constantly pressuring you to upgrade. On top of that it's flexible in how you can organize and display your information which matters a lot when different projects and different people need different setups.
Cons
At times I still have trouble finding what I need even when I was the one who organized it.
