Some users may find Asanas features uncomfortable to use, encounter multiple email notifications, and face limitations in copying projects to another account. The basic version lacks certain attractive features, and occasional late email notifications can be an issue. Limited storage space may not suit larger projects and teams.

Asana could benefit from adding features like time tracking and the ability to assign multiple persons per task. It also lacks file storage and export capabilities.

Initially, Asana seemed acceptable, but as our needs grew, we found it lacking in features and accompanied by unsatisfactory service.

Cons

We faced significant issues with Asanas service, including unauthorized charges for a year with zero activity. Numerous cancellation requests went unanswered.

This platform allows seamless project creation and task organization within our team. The ability to schedule and set dependencies has been invaluable. Even if not all team members actively use Asana, I can track their tasks, relieving me from holding all the details in my head or on paper. The built-in communication feature ensures nothing gets lost in emails. Additionally, the paid version offers useful functionalities like dependencies and custom labels/tags.

Cons

The initial setup can be overwhelming as users figure out the best configuration for their unique systems. However, once past that phase, the platform proves to be excellent. Some might be deterred by the price, but the value provided by the free version is still worthwhile.

It's uncertain whether a Lite version for offline work exists and if so I haven't come across this feature yet.

Asana offers a very generous free plan that caters to most basic requirements. It excels as a task manager surpassing several alternatives I've experimented with.

The primary drawback is that upgrading to a paid plan mandates the purchase of a minimum of two licenses. This can be a source of inconvenience for solo workers and additional customization options such as notifications would be appreciated.
