“Task Manager that's effective sorted out and client inviting with great features”
Pros
Asana serves as a highly collaborative platform allowing team members to seamlessly contribute from both the mobile app and their desktop regardless of the operating system within the organization. It excels as a project management tool providing a comprehensive view of all work in one place and facilitating synchronization among team members. Asana's customizable features and capabilities have significantly improved our project management experience enabling us to tailor the platform to our unique needs and workflows. It offers excellent board and Kanban views along with the flexibility to arrange working time according to personal preferences.
Cons
While Asana provides performance reports through Dashboards there is room for improvement in this area. Additionally for services requiring time tracking an alternative timetracking tool may be necessary. In some cases other budgeting or ERP tools might be needed. More flexible pricing options for smaller projects and individual professionals would also be appreciated as the premium plan can be relatively expensive compared to similar applications.

“Pay Per Seats is misleading they make you pay for users you don't use”
Pros
Before upgrading our plan Asana was easy to set up and allowed us to create and assign simple tasks with ease.
Cons
The payment options offered by Asana are misleading. Although they advertise pricing based on seats they require users to pay for more seats than they actually use. For instance with 7 users we were forced to pay for 10+ users resulting in over 1000 per year for unused seats. This approach is misleading and provides a negative customer experience especially for smaller organizations seeking cost efficiency.
