“Versatile project views”

Having lots of layout choices when setting up a project is a big plus since it lets you pick the format that works best for what matters most at the time, whether that's a list view or a calendar view.

At the beginning, the platform can feel a little overwhelming to learn because there are so many features and options to sort through.

It's a really effective way for a team or organization to keep track of projects and stay updated without having to micromanage everyone.

One thing that gets in the way is that the horizontal scroll on the left and right doesn't appear unless the program is opened in full screen. I'd also love to see more automation, like being able to set one column to x and have it automatically trigger another action, such as updating a different column to y.

One thing that really works well is the user friendly interface which makes getting around the platform seem easy.

Pricing is still a bit on the high side for small organizations that need access to the more advanced features.

It has excellent task management and project tracking features. Plus it makes assigning tasks, setting deadlines and monitoring progress really easy and that has significantly improved our team's productivity and overall organization.

One downside with this tool is that it can feel a bit cluttered at times when handling large projects with lots of tasks and subtasks.

The setup process was very easy. Plus it offers strong features, helpful automations and smart capabilities that make the platform even more valuable.

One limitation is that the option to delete tasks can be blocked depending on the user's role.

It's very simple to use and keeps everything well organized. Assigning tasks and separating different ones works really well which makes managing work much nicer.

The only thing missing is more flexibility. There aren't enough options yet and it could use more customization features.

Asana has been a really helpful scheduler and reminder for keeping up with my tasks and it's one of the best tools I have used for tracking work. I use it every day and it helps me stay organized, work more efficiently and deliver jobs on time.

I especially like the scheduler, reminders, task tracking and the description box in it.

Working with Asana has been a really positive experience because the collaboration space is very user friendly and helps the whole team stay connected and work together better. The project management tools are excellent making it simple to plan, track and manage our project activities from beginning to end. Its automation features also save us a lot of time by handling repetitive tasks automatically.

Cons

There really have not been any major problems to complain about. On top of that the support team listens to our requests and responds right away.

Assigning tasks and setting a clear priority for each one makes it much easier to keep work organized and on track.

It would be better if it displayed the complete edit history along with the name of the person who made each change.

The website is very easy to move around which really impressed me. The task management system is also one of my favorites compared with other task management platforms I have used.

One area that could be improved is the notification system. It would be better if notifications were more personalized although that's just my personal opinion.

The learning curve is definitely steep but putting in the time to understand it properly is worth it. If you jump in without learning the system first, it can feel pretty overwhelming.

Everything seems neatly structured in this software which helps us stay on top of active projects with a really good level of control. I also like how the platform keeps getting better by adding and refining features over time.

Cons

Its interface makes managing tasks much more enjoyable compared with other competing tools.
