Task management and project tracking really stand out here. It also works well with a range of other tools and the workflow customization options are a big plus.

Once there are lots of tasks and projects in play, the interface can start to feel confusing which makes it harder to stay focused.

One thing that really stood out to me was the user friendly interface which makes task management feel simple. On top of that the project tracking tools are powerful, the workflows can be customized to fit different needs and the collaboration features work well, all of which help keep the team productive and organized.

Getting started can take some time especially for new users trying to figure out the more advanced features. The interface can also feel a bit cluttered at times which becomes overwhelming when handling large projects with lots of tasks and dependencies.

Working with it is like a smarter way to manage tasks. It uses AI to help track goals, including things like a marketing roadmap and plenty of other objectives. It's excellent for project management especially when collaborating with a team and the interface is very user friendly. Overall, it's awesome.

I don't have any complaints about it and would highly recommend it.

Having everything updated in one thread gives our team much better visibility. I use it every day and it does an excellent job of keeping track of all our projects while helping us collaborate, assign tasks and monitor progress.

One thing I really like is how often the platform improves its existing features with regular updates. It also gives real-time reporting and insights through a variety of tools which helps a lot with staying informed. Another plus is the free plan which works well for teams with up to 15 members.

Cons

It still misses built-in time tracking which is a downside. Some resources are only available as paid options and on mobile I am not able to copy tasks from one project to another.

One thing that really works well is how my team can collaborate directly in tasks by leaving comments and sharing project details which keeps everything aligned and helps the workflow run without interruptions.

The feature I end up using most is the app because it's incredibly useful when I am away from the office. I update things regularly while I am offsite and being able to do it live is much better than jotting down notes and entering everything later. It really helps that the team can see updates and new tasks right away, no matter where I am.

I cannot think of any downsides. I use it so much that I even relied on it to plan my wedding this past June and I convinced my husband's company to start using it too.

Keeping complicated projects and personal to-dos organized is very easy even with multiple layers involved. The labeling tools are simple but effective and setting deadlines across every task in a project made it much easier for everyone on the team to stay updated, request reviews or leave feedback whenever needed. Sharing files and managing data also worked much better than with other project management platforms I have used.

Cons

It does cost a little more than some of the better-known alternatives but the feature set absolutely justifies the price.

There doesn't seem to be a way to collaborate on tasks or assign point values to them. That might only be available in the paid version.

Pros

Having different ways to manage tasks is one of the best parts of it. The variety of views makes it easier to organize work the way each project needs it and the project visualization tools help a lot with seeing progress and understanding how everything integrates. Dependencies are also really useful for keeping tasks in order and the project homepage gives a helpful central place to get a quick overview.

Cons

One area that could be better is how subtasks are handled especially in larger projects where they don't always seem visible or powerful enough. The default email notifications can also be a bit much and turning them off isn't as easy as it should be. I am also still not really sure who the project milestones feature is meant for or how it's supposed to be helpful although that may just come down to personal preference.

Across our IT department, we use it to keep tabs on daily task progress and a few basic projects running at the same time. It's easy to use, makes monitoring much more manageable and the dashboard gives me quick status updates whenever I need them.

There's nothing significant about the software that gives me a reason to dislike it.

Asana is very user friendly and simple to navigate. It works really well for team communication and sharing documents and it also feels like it has a lot of powerful features to grow into over time.

One downside is that the free plan feels quite restricted compared to everything included in the paid version.

“Fast desktop app for projects”

Pros

Using the desktop app has been a really pleasant experience. It feels very user friendly and quick and the way it shows projects and subtasks is exactly right. Checking off tasks and staying on top of projects feels much more enjoyable with it.

Cons

The only thing I'd want is the ability to upload slightly larger files though I can understand that the file size limit is probably part of what keeps the interface running so fast.
