Cons

Asana offers a well-structured task management system, allowing the addition of subtasks, tags,and the ability to include tasks in multiple projects. Additionally, having desktop and mobile apps enables easy project management on the go.
Cons
In the mobile app, there are limitations on certain actions. It would be great if I could at least access the complete Asana site on a mobile browser. However, whenever I attempted that it would redirect me back to the mobile app.

The platform's automations are robust, and the option to visualize projects in list or Kanban format is a significant improvement.
Cons
Asana felt somewhat light as our organization grew. It seems perfect for marketing teams or agencies, but as a tech-forward organization, it lacked the necessary features to compete with tools like Jira.

It allows me to bring my quarterly and yearly plans to reality and communicate effectively with my team to complete both small and large tasks. Yes there is a room for improvement. They may have alternative options, but I haven't taken the time to explore them. Additionally, setting up projects can be unnecessarily complicated, especially when my previous boss struggled to do it correctly, making it challenging to find where our assigned tasks fit in the overall plan. It would be helpful to have clearer guidance within the site instead of relying on YouTube tutorials.
