No complaints. Assigning tasks to other users is easy boasting a very intuitive user experience. The waterfall view of the timeline is a feature I love.

The reliance on an internet connection for usage is a drawback. Adding a service to strengthen the tool in case of internet disruptions would be beneficial. Editing projects especially in calendar view is not always straightforward. The absence of an undo button is a downside and exporting a project as a CSV file though not very attractive is a workaround.

The current pricing is high for our team and additional desired features include the ability to change due dates for multiple tasks at once and the option to create templates for timesaving purposes. While these features are currently unavailable I hope they become accessible in the future.
