If you duplicate a task and then delete it, it messes up the original task as well.

I thoroughly enjoy using Asana to delegate tasks across various departments within the companies I work with. Since my clients already use Asana, the onboarding process becomes much faster and simpler. I also like that how Asana simplifies the complexities of task and project management.

Cons

My only issue is accidentally clicking the 'Complete task' button when trying to close the task card or rename the task (while the view is already scrolled).

Asana has empowered our teams to collaborate more effectively and achieve greater success together. The shared project views and task assignments promote transparency, while the real-time commenting and file-sharing features ensure everyone stays on the same page. It has truly given a sense of team ownership and accountability.

Cons

The reporting and analytics features in Asana, while decent, could be more robust, especially for larger organizations with complex data requirements. Additionally, the mobile app, although functional, feels somewhat limited compared to the desktop version.

I wish there were more features that allowed subtasks to automatically adjust their dates based on the due date of the main task.

The timeline view currently doesn't allow adding subtasks, which is where our team usually keeps detailed tasks with specific due dates.

Asana provides support for multiple project views which allows me to manage tasks in various ways. Its diverse options, including Lists, Kanban boards, calendar view and timeline view, accommodate individual preferences and project management styles within my department.

Cons

The mobile app for Asana doesn't allow me to perform complex actions. It only lets me check the status of assigned tasks.

I love Asana because it is remarkably intuitive and offers extensive customization possibilities. For instance, I can create my own progress stages, such as 'briefed,' 'in review,' 'edits required,' and 'complete.' Additionally, I can include as many stages as necessary based on our company's processes. This feature greatly simplifies workload tracking, as I can arrange tasks by date or project.

Cons

Sometimes, I feel it can be too complex, but that's partly our own doing. When faced with sub-tasks, categories, and different completion levels for one task, it's easy to get a bit lost. However, I believe this just takes some getting used to and better organization of projects and tasks.
