Its flexible workflows and custom fields have been really helpful for managing more complex projects. After we introduced it to the team, it became much easier to keep track of tasks and set priorities clearly.

Cons

Well the mobile app still needs some improvement. It can be frustrating to jump between tasks and projects while on the go and there have been a few times when it froze or failed to sync correctly.

I find it easy to use and it makes organizing projects much simpler. Assigning tasks, setting deadlines and keeping up with progress are all very manageable. The interface is clean which I really like and the way work can be structured with projects, tasks, subtasks and multiple views is especially helpful. Also it boosts team collaboration and gives visibility into overall project status as well as individual responsibilities.

A few of the more advanced features do take some time to get comfortable with especially when handling larger or more complex projects. Pricing can also get expensive as the team grows and more users are added.

One thing I really like is that it integrates with ChatGPT. Also it helps me split bigger projects into smaller, more manageable tasks which makes it much easier to work through everything step by step.

Honestly it seems like one of the best task management tools available. It has a really good set of features without becoming overwhelming or overbuilt. We relied on it to keep track of dependencies and deadlines and it handled that really well.

Every now and then it seems to fall out of sync and we've actually lost progress because of it. It has also been slow for us on more than one occasion.

Being able to keep all my tasks organized in one place has been really helpful. I can assign employees to projects, give specific project tasks to the right person and keep everything clearly mapped out. On top of that the little dopamine hit from seeing a narwhal or otter with a rainbow fly across my screen after I check off a completed task is such a fun touch.

One thing that still bothers me is that companies from past jobs are still connected to my account. I have tried removing or moving them but it doesn't seem like there's actually a way to do that.

One of the best parts is how flexible the interface feels. Switching instantly between List, Kanban Board, Timeline and Calendar views makes it simple to work in whatever format fits the person or the team best. The dependency tracking is also really well done since tasks are linked clearly and everyone can see exactly when blockers are removed and when it's their turn to start working.

Getting comfortable with the platform can take a while because there are so many features, settings and navigation paths to learn. Another limitation is that each task can only have one owner which makes coordination harder on collaborative projects where multiple people are actively responsible for the same work.

It makes it really clear what is moving ahead, what is stalled and what has basically been forgotten. I also like how adaptable it is across different kinds of work. Depending on the project, I can switch between lists, boards, timelines, calendars, recurring tasks and templates. It keeps the team accountable without me having to spend the whole day chasing people for status updates. Productivity and communication have both improved because everyone has access to the same real-time information. When the team uses it properly, it cuts down on confusion and keeps important work from getting buried in someone's inbox, notebook or head.

The catch is that it only works as well as the people using it. If team members are not updating tasks, checking notifications or marking items complete, it can turn into a very neat-looking system that documents work nobody is actually doing. It can also start to feel overwhelming when there are too many projects, notifications, subtasks and due dates coming at once. Without clear guidelines for how the team should use it, things get cluttered very quickly. On top of that some of the most useful features are locked behind paid plans and the cost rises as the team gets bigger. There are also moments when setting up automations, permissions or more advanced workflows feels more complicated than it ought to be.

It keeps our campaign work organized with user friendly boards and interactive timelines that make everything easier to follow. The custom project templates save me a ton of time especially when I am setting up photoshoot schedules and media activations and they easily cut out dozens of hours of manual planning.

Handling more complicated task dependencies could be more flexible especially when delivery timelines suddenly change in the middle of a campaign.

Getting people up and running was pretty easy and training employees didn't take much effort. I was even able to get our CFO on board and actively using the software which says a lot about how approachable it is.

Keeping track of lots of tasks is much easier with it and it does a good job of making sure nothing slips through the cracks. I also like being able to split a project into sections and assign tasks one by one as needed. The timeline view is especially useful because it shows clearly how all the pieces connect. For a small team like ours, we don't really need overly advanced tools and while it isn't the most user friendly platform, it's not too complicated to work with either.

When several projects are moving at once, it becomes pretty easy to lose sight of what actually needs attention if something is just a general update. Also while the free version works well enough some of the paid features feel a little excessive for a small team like ours.

On very large projects with hundreds of tasks, things can sometimes get harder to manage without a good structure in place and some automation features are only available on premium plans.
