“Nice to have to set all projects in order”
Pros
I was impressed by how different users could assign tasks and track progress in Asana. It worked exceptionally well for collaborating with remote freelancers who had varying schedules. It provided a comprehensive overview of multiple projects statuses and progress.
Cons
The software didn't sync properly with all devices. Some team members used older-generation devices, and keeping everything updated and synced wasn't the best.

“Great Product”
Pros
What I like the most about Asana is the organization that it brings. It allows me to view different projects under one title and avoid confusion when checking for updates on various projects.
Cons
The aspect I like least about Asana is that it takes some time for new users to become accustomed to it if they haven't used a similar product before.

“Asana is everything you need to manage teams and tasks”
Pros
Instead of dealing with a deluge of emails that are hard to keep track of, Asana allows our staff to communicate in an organized manner regarding tasks, deliverables, projects and deadlines, ensuring transparency for all parties involved.
Cons
Convincing people to give up their reliance on email and switch to Asana is the most challenging part. But once you overcome that hurdle, it's a great tool.

“A falling leader”
Pros
The simplicity of Asana stood out to me. Although we eventually transitioned to ClickUp, newcomers at our company rely on Asana for their initial 6 months to familiarize themselves with project management software. They receive weekly training on ClickUp as well.
Cons
The lack of automation and the difficulty in building highly customized and complex workflows without excessive use of APIs are major drawbacks.
