Simple but lacks features for scrum

Pros

Asana offers a user-friendly experience with a clean and intuitive UI.

Cons

It lacks essential features for managing simple sprint-style development. It feels more like Trello than Jira. After using it for about 8 months we switched to Jira.

There's a lot of potential

Pros

Asana is feature-rich offering a wide range of capabilities that can be utilized by larger teams.

Cons

Integrating it with our existing setup wasn't as easy and it was challenging to get used to it or guide newcomers through it. Asana would greatly benefit from a simplified approach to the user interface.

The calendar feature in Asana is exceptional allowing easy scheduling of social media posts and providing a high-level overview of monthly activities. Integration with MS Teams is another valuable aspect.

Cons

All projects are visible to everyone making it difficult to limit access to specific portions of projects that are relevant to certain employees. This can be overwhelming.
