I had a few issues with Asana: - Upgrading to access intermediate-level project management features required a paid version which was frustrating considering the relatively high prices compared to other software options. - The setup within the dashboard was not intuitive and I often found myself searching for basic functions. There are other software solutions available that offer a more user-friendly and intuitive experience.

There is a slight learning curve during onboarding but it is not significant. Compared to other tools Asana is very easy to use.

The software is highly customizable allowing us to set up boards in creative ways beyond the scope of projects and tasks. For instance we have utilized it for an Aggregated project timeline and a People board where team members can update and share personal information. This versatility makes Asana a valuable tool that adapts to our unique needs.

I can't think of much to dislike about Asana. For users new to project management apps it may take a little time to get used to it.

It lacks essential features for managing simple sprint-style development. It feels more like Trello than Jira. After using it for about 8 months we switched to Jira.
