Asana is an excellent visual tool for managing projects and tasks. Its ease of use and customization options make it suitable for each project and client. Assigning tasks with due dates and utilizing different views like the Dashboard Tasks Inbox and Projects enhance productivity and organization.

Its user-friendly interface allows for seamless task management such as creating subtasks with the press of a button (Ctrl + S). With numerous shortcuts available maneuvering within Asana is a breeze.

My experience with Asana has been positive thus far. To enhance efficiency I would suggest displaying the task creation window on the right side of the screen. Additionally improving mobile app responsiveness and adjusting the zoom for laptop screens would be beneficial.

I enjoy having control over the aesthetics of my boards. However I feel there could be more options for customization formatting and creativity. It would be convenient to have the ability to duplicate a complete list within or across boards without the need for workarounds which I have found inconvenient on several occasions.

Currently I'm using the free version so I may be missing out on some excellent features available in the Pro version. However I've heard that the Pro version requires an additional user which would increase the cost for me since I don't have an extra user at the moment. This can be a significant drawback as I'm forced to pay for an additional user I don't need just to access the Pro version. It would be helpful to find a workaround for this.
