“Good but expensive”
Pros
Creating boards to visualize tasks in different work stages is effortless with Asana. Multiple board views allow for progress tracking and project timelines. Tasks can include detailed information such as checklists and file attachments. Communication is convenient with the ability to leave comments on tasks and receive notifications for responses.
Cons
Asana's pricing is quite expensive and the setup for integrations can be complex especially when working with a team using a different task management service.

“AMAZING software for Project Managers and not only”
Pros
It's challenging to select a favorite feature because Asana is an exceptional online tool. Notable features include setting task dependencies tagging people in comments inviting external collaborators to specific Asana boards customizable task/project templates and more.
Cons
Although it may seem trivial I find the limited color selection in drop-down menus to be a drawback. It would be great if Asana could incorporate a color wheel to allow users to create custom shades.
