On top of that the mobile app and multilingual support make it convenient and accessible for teams that need to manage projects while on the go.

One area that could be better is the reporting since it can feel somewhat limited and doesn't always provide the level of detailed insight some users may want. Another downside is that the platform can slow down at times when it's being used by larger teams handling a high volume of tasks.

Getting around the platform felt very natural from the start. The interface is user friendly so it didn't take long to understand how everything works and that made handling tasks and projects much simpler. Another big advantage was the collaboration side of it since my team and I could work together in real time and stay aligned without confusion.

Cons

The thing that felt limited was the number of integrations available. I wish there were more choices for connecting it with the other tools we rely on in our workflow. The time tracking also wasn't as developed as I expected and I would have liked more functionality there, such as being able to start and stop timers or log time against specific tasks.

Support is really poor. You get sent documentation but when you're stuck, there's no proper qualified help. If you try going through sales, they just point you back to the docs. Before the purchase, the support and follow-up were good but after buying, nobody seems to care anymore.

Our company has been using this tool for around two years now and overall we've been very happy with it. The mobile app can be a bit tricky to use at times. Also, having more detailed calendar view customization would make it even more practical. Even with those limitations, it still works well enough as it is.

Project and program management has been very well handled with this platform and everything stays organized based on what we want to schedule and the goals our company needs to meet. One of its biggest advantages is how well it works with different types of links and task comments, along with giving us a reliable way to follow the various deadlines that need to be completed.

Cons

It would be much more useful if a task could be assigned to more than one person. A full view of all work across different workplaces would also add a lot of value. The UI/UX feels more complicated than it needs to be and getting started was confusing at first. Task management software should be easy to use without having to read a help manual just to figure out how to create a basic board.

It was quick to learn and using it daily is also fun. Plus the dashboards are excellent, the board view is very well designed and I like that each project can be managed in different ways depending on how the team prefers to work.

Cons

One thing that's missing is a real support service. It seems like only the sales team is available and I'd really prefer getting more help from an actual person instead of being limited to videos or chatbots.

Tasks can be assigned to one coworker at a time which works fine in many cases. The problem comes up when part of a task needs more than one person involved because that has to be communicated separately in another way.

Out of all the task management tools we've tried, this one has easily been the best. Working with teammates is also not a hassle anymore, updating timelines is simple, adding new tasks and setting priorities is also easy and the pricing is very reasonable.

It can feel a bit overwhelming at first because there are so many features packed into it. The pricing is another downside since it is not free and unlocking the full set of features can get expensive. While you can adjust the layout to some extent, the design customization is still fairly limited.
