Asana's collaborative nature makes it a delightful tool for collaborating on tasks with others.

“Modern views built to last”
Pros
Asana has a modern interface and offers several project views like List, Calendar, Kanban and Timeline which makes managing work very flexible. You can assign tasks, monitor progress and even handle bug tracking within the platform. There's a good reason it has stayed relevant for more than a decade.
Cons
It does take a bit of time to get comfortable with the way it works. That said the interface is far clearer than it used to be, back when task details were tucked away in animated sidebars and the visual indicators for subtasks are better now. One thing still missing though, is markup tools for graphic design-related work.

“Versatile project dashboard”
Pros
Setup and board configuration take only a few minutes, I mean it is that quick and easy. Plus it works well for managing several projects at once and the dashboard brings all the key features together in one place. I also like that you can assign a task or subtask to multiple people which isn't always possible in other tools. The Slack integration is another plus and works reliably.
Cons
One drawback is the lack of complete educational material which can be a real barrier for new users especially anyone who has never used a task or project management tool before. On top of that goal setting, creating and configuring reports and building portfolios are not very easy to use.

“Packed with teamwork features”
Pros
Asana covers a lot and that's what I loved most about it. It brings together the calendar, task management tools, team collaboration and integrations with outside accounts like email, calendars, chat, Drive and more in one place.
Cons
One area that could use improvement is file management. We had a tough time locating older files that had been uploaded there.

“Powerful for large teams”
Pros
It's a very complete platform although too many features sit behind the paid plans. Still, it has huge potential for larger work teams.
Cons
There are just too many paid features which ends up making it one of the most expensive options on the market.

“Helpful team teamwork (Option 2)”
Pros
One thing that's been really useful is how well it integrates with other programs while still letting you collaborate with teammates in the same place. I only recently started using it with someone I work with and it's been really nice being able to track progress together and clearly see what's expected from me.
Cons

“Powerful timelines and teamwork”
Pros
It is easy to use and it integrates with a wide range of other tools. It's a great platform for managing timelines and keeping track of the bigger picture across projects. Team collaboration also works really well since you can communicate directly with teammates right inside each task.
Cons
I don't have any complaints. Assigning tasks to other users is simple, the interface is very user friendly and the waterfall timeline view is something I genuinely enjoy using.

“Team teamwork that clicks (Option 2)”
Pros
Setting up team projects and assigning clear ownership is really easy. Being able to give one task to multiple people and link tasks across different projects is probably the best part since it makes collaboration much more effective. Because of that, working across teams feels almost effortless. Any team can manage the project and the notifications plus assignment features make it simple to stay updated on progress and all the routine changes in the system. Team members can also talk directly inside each task and update details in real time. That makes it very clear for everyone to see what they're responsible for and what the next steps are.
Cons
One limitation is that the platform becomes unusable without an internet connection. I'd really like some kind of added functionality that keeps it useful when the internet goes down. Editing certain parts of a project especially in views like the calendar, is not always very convenient either. Another thing I miss is an undo button. I make mistakes from time to time and there's no quick way to reverse them. Exporting a project to CSV is possible but the output isn't especially appealing.
