It has been a really effective collaboration and communication tool for our company. It makes sharing updates and staying in touch with everyone much more convenient.

Cons

At times the messaging can feel a bit overwhelming and some messages seem to get lost along the way. Another limitation is that when creating groups, you cannot add or remove people afterward.

Working with others is a lot less chaotic with this tool. Our team used to rely on endless emails, scattered chat messages and we were always losing track of where things were stored. It keeps things simple and doesn't try to cram in too many features and honestly that simplicity is exactly why it works so well.

At times though it can feel a little too stripped down. When you need more advanced tracking or custom ways to view your work, you start to run into limits. You pretty much have to use it the way it's built, instead of the way you might prefer to work.

This one has completely changed the way we handle team and project management. It has worked really well for us and the platform is very user friendly which makes it simple to use every day.

Working with our team and our requestor/client is really easy in it and it keeps collaboration moving well. It also helps that it's an established company with plenty of resources behind the platform.

One downside is that management has made certain things harder for users than they need to be. There was also a period when the subdomain address stopped working which seriously interrupted some of our work.

One big drawback is that two people don't seem to be able to edit the same draft at the same time and that's a major limitation.

Bringing project management and team collaboration into one place with it has really helped our teams work better together which has improved performance and ultimately delivered a higher ROI. Also it is nice that it offers a fully free version even though I ended up upgrading to the pro tier.

It gives us an excellent digital workspace packed with communication tools so sharing information and collaborating throughout projects feels very natural. The project dashboards are simple to navigate and give us a clear, real-time view of everything happening across our work. Its project tracking tools are also very accurate which helps us see exactly how close each project is to completion. On top of that the task manager does a really good job of helping us organize and prioritize tasks during each project.

Using it has been a genuinely positive experience and I can honestly say I have not run into any issues with it. Everything about it fits well with what our team needs.
