“Easy to use
Pros
Basecamp serves as an effective messaging application. I have used it to easily interact with a team I hired for my company and the messages go straight to my email, which is a nice feature.
Cons
I believe Basecamp could be improved by offering more interactive conversations with multiple people at once.

“Basecamp: A solid choice for project management
Pros
I found Basecamp quite user-friendly, and so did most of my clients. Uploading files, tracking progress, and more can all be done within a single platform.
Cons
When we first joined, shortly before the switch from Basecamp 2 to 3, we experienced a lot of problems. Some of the Adminland features, such as assigning members to projects, were a little tedious.

“A Must-Have Tool
Pros
Basecamp makes it easy to view my projects, interact with clients, have internal discussions, track to-dos and maintain organization.
Cons
The customizable project templates could be more streamlined. It would be great if I could take an existing to-do list and turn it into a templated to-do list instead of starting from scratch.

“Basecamp - Project Management Review
Pros
Basecamp's ease of use makes it a great collaboration tool for my team, whether we're working on legal cases or other projects. We can upload documents, track progress easily and it keeps us organized without requiring too much time for data input.
Cons
Reporting back is slightly trickier, so we usually switch back to emails or have phone calls. It's more useful for task management.
