Pros
It really does everything for me as I use it for project management, time tracking, expenses, resource allocation and finances. Also it is fairly easy to use. Plus, it integrates well with WIP tracking and other programs. The 24/7 chat support is a huge help too as they are always available, friendly and quick to answer any questions I have.
Cons
The mobile app features are very limited and often freezes. Other than that I have not found anything else that I dislike about BigTime.

I find it really useful for tracking time and keeping an eye on tasks. It helps me stay on top of deadlines and gives me a clear view of what my team is working on. The best part is that I can generate weekly and monthly timesheets, making it easy to review productivity and manage schedules efficiently.
Cons
I honestly can't find anything to dislike about BigTime. It's the perfect mix of everything I need.

Pros
It is the best choice for project teams, especially those in professional services. It pretty much covers everything from time tracking to project management, expenses, financials and resource allocation. What stood out the most for me was the resource allocation feature. It made a huge difference by letting me handle my usual engineering tasks while still being able to support professional services without any hassle.
Cons
Project management and billing software are not typically within my expertise so it took me some time to learn everything about BigTime. However I eventually found it quite easy to use and there's nothing specific that I disliked.

“Easy to learn and use”
Pros
BigTime is very easy to use, and teaching my coworkers how to navigate it was also a simple because of its simple design. On top of that, they provided us with helpful materials that made learning the software even easier.
Cons
We found it quite expensive and many others might think the same. And the plan we could afford didn't include a lot of the features we really needed, so we ended up having to cancel some lower-priority projects just to make the most out of it.

“Works fine, but setup takes a lot of effort”
Pros
BigTimes user friendly approach and dedicated team have made time entry and project tracking a simple task for us though the initial setup process took a lot of our time.
Cons
Getting through data conversion and setting up the system took a lot of time as mentioned before. And even though It wasn’t the quickest process, but it was necessary to get the system working at its best.

Not only is it user-friendly, but its help desk service is also top-notch. I had a Zoom session with Brittany U. to go over an issue, and with her help of we able to sort it out quickly. And the support team is always quick to respond or at the very least, they get back to you pretty fast.
Cons
Not all the features are easy to use unless they are explained in detail. Also I was wondering if there's a way to add files or links to external files to a project? It does not seem like thats possible for now.

Bigtime has the option to sync with QuickBooks and it is something that turned out to be a game changer for us as it is really helpful for checking data. We can also use the sync feature to set up projects in BT before they're at the billing stage and keep track of them until we officially get the project. Also the software we now use for all-time tracking and billing is quite simple for both employees and contractors to use, and it's really flexible and versatile. As for the support team, they have been amazing. They are responsive, thorough and always get back to me quickly with answers to my questions.
Cons
The main problem we often run into is that the QuickBooks sync doesn't always work as it should. The tricky part is, it's hard to tell whether the issue is with BigTime or QuickBooks.

BigTime features are really amazing. Plus the support staff is always ready to help. And I was especially impressed by Tyler's technical know-how and his patience in solving all of my issues.
Cons
Billing clients the way architects was quite complex, but it's gotten easier each month. Also I did run into a few issues with using their email system for sending invoices. Plus, the knowledge base could be a little more user-friendly and easier to search.
