“The biggest asset we have!”
Pros
My time with BigTime has been filled with incredible highs and surprisingly shallow lows. Before BigTime, I was using outdated software, and the transition to Bigtime was seamless and effortless. There are so many features that it can be overwhelming at first, but once you get used to the platform it can be incredibly useful. The customer service is top-notch, and they are always willing to help you out with any issues or questions you may have.
Cons
I wont say the software is perfect. There are definitely some areas that could use improvement, such as the user interface, which can sometimes be a tad clunky and unintuitive. The project management features also arent as robust as I would like them to be.

I have also encountered issues with inaccurate invoicing and unexpected expenses. Additionally, concerns have been raised about customer service, including slow response times and unhelpful staff.

BigTime has been such a great help to our team. The features are comprehensive and the customer service is always willing to help out when we need it. We have found that its great for tracking time, managing resources, and creating financial reports. Its also been a great tool for our team to collaborate on projects.
Cons
The only real downside is that the software can be a bit expensive compared to other platforms. But you do get what you pay for in terms of features and support. I would also like to see some additional features like integration with other popular business applications.
