The customer support at Big Time in my opinion is superb. Live Chat offers quick easy access.

BigTime provides an excellent solution for tracking employee projects and PTO time. The reporting feature is incredibly helpful, and training employees on the software is straightforward due to its comprehensibility.

Cons

Despite encountering complexities and seeking modifications, the response indicates that changes to the software affect all clients. Invoicing issues, such as invoicing unapproved hours entered by employees, highlight the need for clarification and improvement in administrative processes.

Upgrading to the newer version made it much easier to use, and I appreciate the new look.

Cons

Invoicing through the software is my primary use. One issue I often encounter is that when saving an invoice, sales tax is randomly applied. Sometimes, I have to manually change it back multiple times. Additionally, when the invoices sync to QuickBooks, I need to correct them, which can be time-consuming.
