Pros
We recently switched to EasyProjects and it has been a great decision. The software is user-friendly and provides us with all the tools we need to effectively manage our projects and teams. The reporting tools also provide valuable insights into our project finances. We would definitely recommend this product to others in the industry.
Cons
The setup process could be made easier, as it took us a while to get everything up and running properly. Additionally, the administrative features could use some improvement, as they are not as user-friendly as they could be.

Weve been using EasyProjects for a while now and its really helped us get our projects organized and efficient. The interface is very user-friendly and the customizations allow us to tailor the software to our specific needs. We also appreciate the integration options, which make it easy for us to connect with other tools and systems that we use.
Cons
One of the things that has always been bothering me is the sort-of outdated user interface. This is a sentiment shared by other users as well, and I hope the developers will take this into account when designing future updates. Additionally, some of the reports could be improved to better meet our needs.

Pros
EasyProjects is a great project management tool. Its very intuitive and makes it easy to assign tasks, set deadlines, manage resources, and track progress. The dashboard is also easy to understand and provides valuable insights about our projects in real time. Weve been using EasyProjects for the past few months and its made a huge impact on the way we work.
Cons
The customer support could be better, as it takes a while to get a response from them. The cost may also be too high for some small businesses or startups. However, there are quite a few useful features included in their pricing plans that make up for it.

I adopted EasyProjects because I wanted to be able to have a clear view of my business. We had been using spreadsheets and manual processes but this was a step up for us in terms of technology, efficiency, and accuracy. The cost is very reasonable, especially considering the customization options that we can now access. Its also easy to use, so our team picked it up quickly and we were able to start seeing results right away.
Cons
The reporting could be improved and I would also like a better way to view the data, possibly by having more visualization options.

The software is quite flexible and affordable

The softwares ability to be rapidly and readily altered to fit our companys operation is one of its best features. Before using this software, I had not encountered this with the previous program I was using. Moreover, another good thing about the software is its reasonable price, which makes it pretty affordable for me. Even though this software is not the cheapest on the market, the price is still very reasonable given all of the features it provides. It is therefore the best software with the greatest pricing techniques when seen in a larger context.
Cons
Although I like the application, there is still room for improvement. Navigating with multiple team members working on tasks is one of the challenges I face. As a result, the items get misplaced quite often, and it gets very time-consuming to locate a specific file, for instance. Also, filtering through projects gets very difficult because of the high number of users working on the same tools. So, some solution must be provided to fix this issue, as it gets very annoying, especially when you cannot find a particular thing.

Apart from offering functions that help establish better results in projects such as task management, collaboration, team, monitoring, budget and expense management, email integration, custom forms and projects, and financial reports, this platform is ideal for managing projects because it allows for a good workflow, excellent management and visibility capacity, and a very pleasant management experience. The software offers great features and functionality to its users and customers. It is fantastic for verifying the task of your projects, seeing their development, and analyzing them easily and safely. It is also suggested for the interface that it provides, which is extremely well structured and easy to use.
Cons
The date filter configuration has been a problem for us because it frequently causes confusion and problems in the service because, on occasion, someone from our team modifies all the dates of the projects, and sometimes the date filter crashes and does not open or simply the dates of the projects are not saved, so you have to go through the process again.

We have saved a lot of time thanks to the advanced scheduling features of EP, which allow us to be more precise with parts orders. Everything we need has been catered for by this software, from higher-level scheduling to overseeing production at the floor level.
Cons
There are some minor UI problems here and there. For example, Id like the ability to shrink or enlarge the size of the task windows I have on my home page so I can see more of the data without having to open the windows.

The data is very neatly presented in Easy Project, and the reporting is very smart. Unlike in Excel, where I had to manually build charts and tables, Easy Project takes care of all that on its own. I also appreciate that the reports can be exported in whatever format is needed so that they can be edited later outside of the software as well. I rely on Easy Project for high-quality project management data analysis, which has helped us highlight problematic areas and improve our performance.
Cons
While the reporting is solid, I feel like it needs some basic filtering options to improve further. I cannot filter any activity by name or add multiple filters of the same type on a single report. It’s also not possible to list two frequent tasks in the sheets for comparison; I have to make two separate reports and then combine them.
