Great tool for project management

We recently switched to EasyProjects and it has been a great decision. The software is user-friendly and provides us with all the tools we need to effectively manage our projects and teams. The reporting tools also provide valuable insights into our project finances. We would definitely recommend this product to others in the industry.

Cons

The setup process could be made easier, as it took us a while to get everything up and running properly. Additionally, the administrative features could use some improvement, as they are not as user-friendly as they could be.

Before using this software, I had not encountered this with the previous program I was using. Moreover, another good thing about the software is its reasonable price, which makes it pretty affordable for me. Even though this software is not the cheapest on the market, the price is still very reasonable given all of the features it provides. It is therefore the best software with the greatest pricing techniques when seen in a larger context.

Cons

Although I like the application, there is still room for improvement. Navigating with multiple team members working on tasks is one of the challenges I face. As a result, the items get misplaced quite often, and it gets very time-consuming to locate a specific file, for instance. Also, filtering through projects gets very difficult because of the high number of users working on the same tools. So, some solution must be provided to fix this issue, as it gets very annoying, especially when you cannot find a particular thing.

The date filter configuration has been a problem for us because it frequently causes confusion and problems in the service because, on occasion, someone from our team modifies all the dates of the projects, and sometimes the date filter crashes and does not open or simply the dates of the projects are not saved, so you have to go through the process again.

We have saved a lot of time thanks to the advanced scheduling features of EP, which allow us to be more precise with parts orders. Everything we need has been catered for by this software, from higher-level scheduling to overseeing production at the floor level.

Cons

There are some minor UI problems here and there. For example, Id like the ability to shrink or enlarge the size of the task windows I have on my home page so I can see more of the data without having to open the windows.

Easy-to-use project management software

The data is very neatly presented in Easy Project, and the reporting is very smart. Unlike in Excel, where I had to manually build charts and tables, Easy Project takes care of all that on its own. I also appreciate that the reports can be exported in whatever format is needed so that they can be edited later outside of the software as well. I rely on Easy Project for high-quality project management data analysis, which has helped us highlight problematic areas and improve our performance.

Cons

While the reporting is solid, I feel like it needs some basic filtering options to improve further. I cannot filter any activity by name or add multiple filters of the same type on a single report. It’s also not possible to list two frequent tasks in the sheets for comparison; I have to make two separate reports and then combine them.
