What I liked most about Bizinta is its user-friendly interface and comprehensive feature set. Cons
What I liked least about Bizinta is that updates to certain features sometimes take longer than expected to implement. While the team is responsive and open to feedback, the time taken for some enhancements can be a bit slow.

Bizinta is excellent at project management and comes with a combination of tools to help me track the hours accurately. I like tracking my expected hours and seeing if Im on target. Bizinta is simple to use and adapts to how I manage my business. The technology lets me consolidate our timesheets, expenses, and customer billing into one system. It has saved consultants and approvers a significant amount of time. The reporting and analytics are excellent. The client, consultant, service line, and so on can see profitability.
Cons
To keep in line with the aesthetics of the desktop software, they have recently upgraded the mobile app to match the look and feel. But they have not focused more on the user experience. I used to quickly upload receipts using my phones camera, but that isnt quick anymore since theres an added step in the way now. Overall, at least the mobile app needs a complete overhaul to make it usable for me.

We used to rely on an in-house software solution to track our time which worked great but was too simple for our growing needs. Bizinta is far superior and has advanced tools, which makes our work more accurate. They have a system for recording hours that is simple, straightforward, and works at the click of a button. It has helped us eliminate the manual labor that went into handling timesheets and tracking the hours of every individual employee. It is by far the quickest solution we have found.
Cons
They have made the software as close to perfect as they possibly could, but still, some features are there for no real benefit. Now and then, Ill come into a function that is difficult to use, such as some of the expenditure tracking capabilities or transitioning from client hours to client expense charges. It could have been easier by smoothing the user interface and placing similar tools together, as finding them takes longer than usual.

I have been using Bizinita ever since the software was new in the market, and I have only seen it get better over time. It has made time gathering, project oversight, organizational reporting, and invoicing a much simpler and efficient process. A load of different reporting options has helped our company save time and money.
Cons
The only problem with Bizinta is that it is still growing so some features are still glitchy. The support team has their hands full all the time so they cannot really tend to all the issues immediately. However, since they are in a growing phase, they listen to our feedback attentively and add the features we want in their roadmap.

Pros
Bizinta has the most amazing implementation team, which guided us through the phase and did most of our work for us. Their after-sales support crew is also very knowledgeable and fixes tool-related issues quickly. Compared to what we used before Bizinta, the scheduling software has made managing our consultants and projects much easier and saved us hours each week. We now spend the saved time going back and reviewing the progress to ensure the best possible services are being provided. The integration of time-keeping, scheduling, and billing has streamlined our operation and decreased or eliminated errors.
Cons
The UI is not their strong point. They have barely put any effort into improving the UI elements over the years, and it has started to show its age. The app is full of random bugs and glitches that sometimes interfere with our work and cannot be ignored. I have submitted complaints multiple times, but they always prioritize (and solve) features/tools-related problems and then come to the UI part. They have often closed my ticket without doing anything and without an explanation.
