“BOX- Best Secure Document Storage and Cross-collaboration Tool for Business”
Pros
In my role in Recruiting, I found it easy to organize and update all my team's job descriptions. Collaborating closely with our payroll and ops team, we created documents for submitting feedback and conducting year-end reviews.
Cons
I found it to be very helpful and useful. It didn't freeze or have any loading issues, even when we had a large number of documents on it.

“File storage operates at an exceptionally high efficiency”
Pros
Box is quite beneficial in managing all my files. With the appropriate settings, I can securely share and archive files with anyone, anywhere. It greatly contributes to the success of all our projects. The user interface is intuitive and understandable. The ability to collaborate instantly is truly remarkable. The only aspect that requires improvement is customer service. Nevertheless, finding such a helpful software is truly rewarding.
Cons
The programs only major drawback is its unresponsive support. In my experience, it takes three to four days to receive a proper response.

“Informazione su Box”
Pros
Let me start by saying that this is Box.com, as indicated by the logo. Some of the other reviews seem to be referring to a completely different company. I have the Free version of Box installed on my laptop and the Android app, which gives me 10 GB of storage. Adding the phone app granted me an additional 5 GB. I use Box for transferring files between my devices as it eliminates the need for cables. The syncing process is swift and smooth. On my PC, it opens in Windows Explorer, where I can easily create folders, copy and paste files, move items and more. In my opinion, it beats Drive, and the fact that it is not affiliated with Google is a bonus.
Cons
I have noticed misleading sales practices, but I am trying to keep on exploring more options in this case.

“Great cloud file storage but lacking some modern features”
Pros
For a few years, we are using Box as our storage solution for knowledge management and various types of files, including installations and customer-facing content.
Cons
Unfortunately, Box didn't offer any unique selling points or features that would make it a priority when considering other applications and tools we use as an MSP. We rely on Office 365 for emails, the Office suite for document creation and editing, Sharepoint for team collaboration, Teams for IM and customer communication and calls, Visio for diagramming, etc. Since we've invested in Office 365 and have Business Premium licenses for all users, there was no reason to continue paying for Box (and other solutions) when equivalent options are natively integrated with our existing solutions.

“Box.com Review”
Pros
What I love about box.com is its HIPAA compliance which allows me to confidently upload and store important information and documents. Sharing information is also quite easy now.
Cons
There are times when I wish there were better functionalities for real-time collaboration on a document and fewer versions to manage.

“Top choice for cloud services.”
Pros
Box provides top-notch security and reliability, surpassing Google Drive services in terms of protecting my files.
Cons
Box offers numerous fantastic features, which can be a bit too much for the average user. Apart from that, it will take some time to learn how to navigate it.

“Box review”
Pros
Navigating and using Box is a not complicated, even within File Explorer.
Cons
It would be great to have control over access to subfolders. The access currently flows down from the main folder and isn't customizable at the subfolder level as far as I know. There are also occasional slow load times when creating new folders or making changes to existing ones.

“Great tool for file management & sharing but littlebit pricey!”
Pros
The standout feature of Box is its ability to manage and share files with different individuals within the company or clients. The unlimited storage capabilities set Box apart from its competitors.
Cons
The pricing after the free trial can be bothersome for individuals like me who require more space to share large files online.

“The best solution for content management”
Pros
I like that Box keeps track of document versions and stores all previous revisions. It simplifies collaboration on documents that require frequent updates from multiple people. The tool is intuitive and user-friendly and controlling and granting access is a also a simple task with Box. Implementing Box in my department was seamless and trouble-free.
Cons
Box seems to be a comprehensive solution, and it's challenging to identify any cons. However, I encountered difficulties when integrating Box with GitHub and setting up file sharing. The process required configuring several settings that were not entirely clear and needed clarification. Moreover, the approval process for these settings by Box took a while, and I believe there is room for improvement in this area.

“Great program to store files in the cloud.”
Pros
Box excels in accessibility, user-friendliness and the ease of sharing documents. I could instantly upload data from WhatsApp to Drive and other cloud storage services.
Cons
I'm concerned that we might face difficulties if we're unaware of how long a shared URL will remain active. Once we transfer ownership to another party, we lose access to those links until the party relinquishes control. Every user should be aware of how to generate these URL links and their expiration duration.

“Good file sharing solution”
Pros
Box performs as expected, just like its competitors. I didn't encounter any issues with it so far.
Cons
I can't really think of anything at the moment. While the consumer solutions may not be as robust as the enterprise versions, this review focuses on the enterprise version.

“Great for sharing and synchronizing!”
Pros
Box is a great piece of software for synchronizing and backing up our collaborative team tasks. Our team members can exchange messages, thoughts, and links concerning a document in the works. The interface is basic and intuitive, so you can be up and running in minutes. The web interface informs us about our cooperation skills, which improve the efficiency and productivity of our activity. The version control tool has rescued us several times since it saves a duplicate of the previous version every time someone makes changes to a document. If you overwrite something by accident, you can typically go back into Box online, look at earlier versions, and restore the correct one.
Cons
Box is an incredible project management software suite with substantial functionality. Weve been using it for a long time and are generally pleased with the quality.
