Pros
The e-signature option in Box has simplified the entire process of signing documents. No more printing, signing, scanning and uploading. All can be done easily within the platform.
Cons
Apart from e-signatures, I am not entirely sure how Box stands out compared to Google Drive, which seems to have easier sharing and access control features. Depending on your account and package, you might get more storage space with Box.

Pros
There are multiple permission settings available for sharing files which are easy to navigate. This feature is quite useful when I want to share files but also need to restrict access. Box allows me to achieve both objectives.
Cons
Currently, it serves its purpose for us, but there is a limitation in terms of the size of shared or stored files, which affects its functionality.

Pros
Box provides cloud storage for files that are easily accessible from both the cloud and desktop. I can control access to files based on staff, project teams and internal or external organizations. With its substantial storage capacity, all my files are at my fingertips.
Cons
Some features are not as well thought out as other tools. For example, renaming large numbers of items like photos and moving files between folders can be confusing. Additionally, links shared with external organizations and emails sometimes don't work on the first try.

Dragging and dropping files is a hassle free process now which makes desktop work also simple. The upload time is quick and the robust security features give me peace of mind knowing my files are well-protected.
Cons
The storage space available for the price is quite limited but since I mainly use it for storing JPEG files, it doesn't fill up quickly. If you plan on storing files larger than 5GB, it may not be the most suitable choice.

Box makes it easy to access files on both Mac and PC. The user interface is attractive and I find myself using Box Drive on my desktop more frequently than the web version due to its wide features.
Cons
I wish there was faster syncing between Mac and PC. When I use Box Drive on my Mac and then switch to the PC to access the file, it takes a long time and sometimes I have to log out of Box to see the file appear.

The Sync feature provided by Box is an excellent tool for viewing and accessing files. It allows real-time file sharing with stakeholders and provides a desktop view for file viewing. File syncing is quick which allows collaboration from any remote location.
Cons
The sync feature can sometimes be glitchy which causes problems with accessing and sharing files. However, this issue hasn't occurred frequently for me.
