Pros
Box is a fantastic piece of software that allows our team to store and exchange data and files. It is also incredibly straightforward to share files with other people. We can get to the files without a Box account. The online box version is likewise quite efficient, with a simple and user-friendly interface. The electronic signature option is quite useful to us. The customer service personnel are quite efficient. always willing to assist us with everything we needed. Overall, its a fantastic piece of software that we are not going to switch to anytime soon.
Cons
Weve been using the software for a long time and have never considered changing. The software is fantastic; however, it has a few tiny flaws. The system can be quite sluggish at times, with frequent technical issues. The new upgrades take a long time to install, and the machine frequently crashes afterward. We are unable to experiment with many possibilities due to a lack of customization choices. There are few possibilities for pre-built templates, and generating completely new templates is time-consuming.

Pros
Box is very secure and flexible when it comes to team collaborations. Reporting is also great, and APIs are also above average. What’s most fascinating to me is that our users have been very creative with it and have achieved automation in ways that I never thought of when the company was investing in Box.
Cons
Box’s desktop sync is not as strong as some other software on the market, like Dropbox, for example. Furthermore, I would like them to increase the maximum file size because some chatting apps now offer much larger sizes than them.

Pros
I have been using Box to store and exchange files online mostly; I have occasionally used its collaborative tools, and I absolutely love them. Regarding a document that is being drafted, team members can share thoughts, opinions, and links. Although some of these features were gradually incorporated into productivity programs like Office, you must use OneDrive to access them.
Cons
The desktop client has occasionally crashed, but Im not sure if that might have something to do with me. Overall, I consider this product to be solid and trustworthy. I am unable to think of any significant feature that is not already present based on my little experience.
