Pros

I have been using Box for around 2 years now, and I must say it has been a great experience. I can work and save files without worrying about running out of storage. Even if my internet connection drops, I can easily recover my work once the connection is restored. Additionally, Box is accessible via mobile phones which makes it incredibly convenient when I need to check my files and forget to bring my laptop. I highly recommend Box. It is the best so far!

Cons

I found all the features of Box to be useful. So there is nothing negative to say.

Pros

I am very please with the feature that allows me to have both Google and Microsoft documents in one folder, which can be easily shared and collaborated on. It keeps everything organized for all parties involved.

So far, I haven't come across anything that I didn't like about Box.

Compared to the terrible software our lawyers ask us to use, Box is the best. It is simple to create folders, assign access and editing permissions, and control file uploads and downloads. The insights into user activity are fantastic too. It is satisfying to see a potential investor download the entire folder, as it shows their interest.

Cons

The pricing can be a bit confusing, mainly with different user categories like "managed" and non-managed." Since we have many one-time investors, I don't want to incur unnecessary costs, but I still want to ensure they have an excellent experience.

Signing up and using Box is a very smooth process. It reminds me a lot of Dropbox but at a lower cost.

Inviting other users is a bit hard at time but it doesn't feel overwhelming to me.

The light desktop program syncs smoothly. The collaboration feature, "canvas option," is very useful. Unlike other software, Box doesn't crash often when handling large amounts of data. Even when syncing numerous files, it doesn't slow down my computer.

The link expiration feature can be a bit finicky a time. When I turn off expiration link for public sharing, it automatically turns back on the next time I log into my Box account.

We have been using Box for years, mainly as a backup tool and it has saved us many times. We try to back up everything once a week. Also, I find the mobile app quite useful. In the beginning, I used it a lot to transfer files between my phone and computer.

Cons

The only thing I dislike about Box is the file size limitation for transfers. It may seem petty, but it can cause a lot of inconvenience when dealing with large files.
