“Customer service is rude”
Pros
I think they are rude, so I would not recommend it.
Cons
The customer service here can be quite rude. If I don't give positive feedback, they get upset and sometimes even insult me. It seems they prefer lies over the truth.

“The all in one for beta program management”
Pros
As a Beta Program Manager, I see that Centercode makes my life easy. It automates my work in multiple ways: surveys creation, issues management, feedback triage, report building, emailing reminders...
Cons
Becoming fluent in Centercode takes some time. Navigating certain menus is not very intuitive, especially from an administrator's perspective. It can get frustrating at times.

“Pretty good”
Pros
It organizes my issues, feedback, surveys, support, and discussions. The survey creation and reports are good.
Cons
The UI is a bit odd. For instance, to edit surveys, I have to go to a different section than where I initially view them. It would be much simpler if there was just an edit button on the original page. Plus, generating reports has to be done manually since the auto-generated one doesn't work properly.

“Good potential but steep learning curve.”
Pros
I value that customers can add likes, ideas, and problems while using the system. I also value that customers have personal profiles they can update and use. It acts as a kind of user database.
Cons
Starting out with this was tough. I wanted to quickly create an invitation with a video and a link to an interview, but the setup process was confusing. Even my colleague, who's confident with it, agrees that there's a steep learning curve.

Pros

Cons
The tester management services they offer seem like a joke. They are unprofessional and seem more focused on going through the motions of project management than understanding our objectives. Finding features is too difficult, and the UI is not intuitive. Getting value from the product requires a steep learning curve.

“Dense tool that requires training to utilize well; good for forums but not great surveys and reports”
Pros
I value that it keeps my 200+ monthly Beta users organized in one place (before, I had to manually track who was in our Beta in Google Sheets). It makes it really easy for me to communicate with my users all at once and automatically give them ongoing surveys. I also admire the forum elements such as praise, ideas, and problems where users can add things and upvote others. This helps me with prioritization as a product manager.
Cons
Creating reports with the survey report tool is cumbersome and time-consuming. Having to redo all the filters for each chart or graph makes the process incredibly slow. The tool is dense with options and features, so without proper training, the UX isn't intuitive.

“Best Beta Management software out there!”
Pros
I have found it to perform very well, with no outages affecting us in over 10 years of use. It is very configurable for both customer-facing parts and beta manager setups. It serves as a one-stop shop for all things beta and integrates nicely with JIRA and our SSO systems for internal programs. The support team is top-notch and quick to resolve any self-inflicted issues we cause.
Cons
Some users find the UI difficult to navigate initially, but they catch on after some guidance. We often need tech support for migrations and integrations, so a wizard would be helpful.

“Is it worth the cost of investment?”
Pros
I like that it serves as a self-service portal for our Alpha and Pilot customers. They can download files and instructions, as well as have links to provide software for download. The tasks feature is a great use of the tool.
Cons
Setting it up is too complex for our liking. We wanted an 'out of the box' solution without having to create templates or views. Running reports to check task completion and feedback isn't very intuitive, although the solution itself is robust.
