Love the product - simple and powerful
Pros

We began with the free version of Cerri to try it out and eventually upgraded to a regular plan. I love the various views available, especially the Kanban board. Consolidating all files into one repository has been really beneficial. And their feature of assigning a value to time and tracking costs has completely changed some of our discussions.

Cons

I don't have any major drawbacks to mention. However, it would be a bonus to have multiple languages available since some team members aren't fluent in English.

Lightweight and Easy to look at
Pros

One of my clients used Cerri for project tracking. Typically, clients want me to use their organization's tools, but I've stuck with Cerri because it's incredibly easy to use. Their dashboard lets me see all my projects at once, and the task feature helps me keep track of deadlines. Also, their file storage makes sharing items hassle-free without worrying about permissions.

Cons

During my usage, I noticed the knowledge base was somewhat limited. However, upon revisiting it, I see they've made significant improvements to it recently.
