Running a recruiting team means we review open job statuses a few times each week and it has been a big help with that. It lets us assign priorities to each project and add notes in one place so even if a meeting gets canceled, our Head of Talent can still see the latest updates because everything is already documented in it.

At the moment, I can't think of any downsides to mention for this review.

The tutorial didn't help much so it was pretty easy to feel lost at the beginning. Still, after everything was configured the right way, it worked really well.

On a recent marketing project, this software worked out really well for me overall. The most useful part was getting daily emails about what was due and what was coming up next which kept me on schedule and helped me plan each day better.

The number of promotional emails they sent about extra features and services was annoying so I ended up unsubscribing because it was too much. The platform also has a small learning curve at first though after using it a few times it becomes fairly simple to navigate.

After using it since last year, it has turned into one of the best project management platforms I've worked with. I use it to handle multiple projects at once and being able to create tasks through the Chrome extension from any website or even directly from email is really convenient. Later, I can go back and review everything in one place. The Gantt charts also make it much simpler to monitor progress.

Cons

It does take a fair amount of time to learn because it's such a large platform and can feel a little complex for someone new. I've also run into a few random bugs from time to time.

With it, everyone stays aligned and can clearly see who owns each task and exactly where it sits in the workflow. Before we started using it, different employees would sometimes end up working on the same items without realizing it. This software has helped us save a lot of time and that directly translates into saving money as well.

I can't think of any real downsides or obstacles that I or the team have run into while using it.

There are plenty of project management options and templates available, both for internal company work and for collaborating with partner organizations which makes planning and coordination really convenient.

A vendor of ours introduced this as their client task management system and we now use it with them across roughly a dozen marketing clients. Having a separate space for each client, along with recurring and active tasks, makes everything much more organized. Submitting new task requests is simple, communication around task details stays efficient and we can attach all types of files without any trouble. It has been a really strong platform for keeping client work organized and on track.

There really hasn't been much to dislike about it up to this point. The mobile version isn't quite as convenient to use but we rarely need it that way so it hasn't caused much of a problem.

When it was first recommended to me, my reaction was basically, not another tool where I have to keep entering information without getting anything useful back. But after about a week of using it, it finally clicked. It really did bring the clarity and organization I was missing.

The integration part was simple enough. The only real challenge was getting myself into the habit of using it consistently and that was more on me than on the software.

Having a desktop app right away was a big plus for me since I don't have to keep everything open in a web browser. The amount of detail we can add to each task fits our needs really well. It's simple to check who owns each task, set priorities and due dates and tell exactly where that task sits in our custom workflow. Having all of that visibility in a clean interface has been really valuable. Another major reason we chose it was the option to build custom project request forms that other teams can submit.

Cons

Cross-team task assignment was a bit confusing in the beginning especially when members were working out of their own spaces and folders in it. Early on, each team used different naming conventions for columns in board view so when a task got assigned to someone working from another board, the system would automatically create a new column there. We had to spend some time coordinating consistent naming across teams to keep that from continuing.

Pros

Bringing the whole team into this system is pretty simple. It makes it simple to see who is handling what and it's really helpful for tracking which tasks are already finished.

Cons

The interface can feel a bit confusing at first and getting through the onboarding takes some time. The app can also be tricky to use now and then so I usually stick to the PC or iPad version instead.

It feels like a really complete organizer. Everything is laid out clearly so it's simple to read through and find what I need. The PC version stands out the most because it feels full-featured and well put together. Overall, the platform has pretty much everything needed in one place.

At times, it does lag a bit which can be frustrating. The mobile app also isn't as user-friendly as it could be. It would be better if it were more compact, lighter and offered more personalization options.

It has been really helpful for keeping our work organized. We use it to monitor progress, map out upcoming tasks and create daily, weekly and monthly schedules for activities that need to happen within specific timeframes. The interface feels interactive and distinctive which makes managing work more engaging for the team. It also does a nice job of sharing updates across everyone in a way that keeps people informed. On top of that, the notification system is very accurate and the reporting gives us a clear view of project progress, completion rates, delayed activities and even other technical and financial details.

Honestly, I haven't run into any problems while using it. It's flexible enough to support the goals we're trying to achieve and that versatility makes it a very useful option for teams that need help staying organized. Another plus is how often they roll out updates and new releases which regularly address issues and cover many of the features we've been hoping for.

This tool has been a really useful fit for our small business. Being able to begin with just what we need and expand over time is a huge advantage. A lot of task management and CRM tools come packed with extra channels and features that can be overwhelming for a smaller team but it keeps things simple while still offering plenty of room to scale when the time is right. We can access it from mobile phones, iPads and desktop web browsers which makes the software much more usable and accessible for our day-to-day work. The drag-and-drop functionality is especially valuable for anyone who prefers to organize work visually.

After several updates, many of the features I was hoping for have already been added which is definitely a plus. Still, keeping up with everything going on requires a lot of mental effort. If you need to manage and get everything done in a single day though, it can be very helpful.

Getting started with the program is difficult without some kind of tutorial. We began using it to communicate with a collaborator who was already on the platform and it felt like a much bigger learning curve than what we've run into with other software.

Compared with other tools we've used, it lets the whole team contribute to planning and execution by sharing feedback from their own spaces and it pulls all of that into one timeline that clearly shows how tasks and timeframes connect. That makes it much easier to build realistic action plans and the ready-made templates help organize and present everything in a clear, modern way. The interface is another big plus for me because it looks polished and puts the information I need right in front of me. I also really appreciate how updates from team members are gathered and shown in structured, customizable tables with start dates, end dates and feedback all laid out neatly. On top of that, it gives project leads full visibility into what's happening, keeps the workflow aligned with the actual progress of the project and provides plenty of reports that reflect both accomplishments and project challenges.

There really aren't many downsides to mention. The platform was simple for the whole team to understand, learn and use and whenever help was needed, their support team was responsive, friendly and quick to assist.

The multitask toolbar has been a really effective way to boost my productivity while working with a team. Having quick access to all my go-to tools and apps lets me get things done faster and work much more efficiently.
