“Lets me build a project template”
Pros
Running several services in my business, I was able to build a project template and then adjust it slightly for each type of service I provide. Honestly some jobs are too small to justify using it so email felt simpler for those. But for larger projects or anything that stretches out over time, it was really helpful to see exactly where everything stood inside it.
Cons
There was definitely a bit of a learning curve at the beginning. That said, it offers really strong video tutorials that made it much easier to understand and before long I felt very confident using it.

“keeps things focused”
Pros
It keeps things focused without piling on a bunch of unnecessary extras and for the price, it still offers plenty of functionality without feeling stripped down.
Cons
I haven't run into any issues although I'm still using it in a fairly limited way.

“Solid search options”
Pros
The Spaces section and the search options are standout features for me especially when I need to organize and follow bug reports the way I prefer.
Cons
it took a bit of figuring out at first but after a couple of hours in the app, it became much more user-friendly to use.

“mobile app is a bonus”
Pros
It has been a really good fit for me because it helps me get more done. Right after signing up, one of the first things I noticed was how simple it felt to use. I had tested other project management tools before and they ended up being pretty frustrating by comparison. With it, I can log in quickly and jump right into my work without any hassle. Having the mobile app is also a big plus since it helps me stay updated on my projects even when I'm away from my desk.
Cons
My only real issue with it is that it can be a little too engaging and time-consuming. If you're not careful, it's very possible to spend way more time in it than you planned.

“Ability to create subtasks inside larger tasks”
Pros
Getting started with it was simple and the first-time login feature demos were clear enough to follow and try out right away. It's really useful being able to create tasks and subtasks inside larger tasks while also attaching documentation. Another big plus is that even the free plan gives you the ability to collaborate with team members.
Cons
A quick preview option for viewing or accessing documentation would make the experience even more helpful.

“Pleasant experience”
Pros
The interface feels polished and welcoming which makes the software pleasant to use. It's also nice to have a collaboration tool that feels built for the way modern teams actually work.
Cons
I do enjoy using it but getting other people to move away from older software has been difficult. If the whole team doesn't adopt it, the value really drops and it ends up feeling less useful.

“Outstanding workflow customization”
Pros
One of the biggest reasons it works well for me is how much you can tailor it to fit the way you already manage projects. The workflow customization is excellent and I have not come across another project management platform that offers this same level of flexibility. The interface is also user-friendly so it feels approachable for beginners while still offering enough depth for people who need more advanced features. On top of that, the number of integrations available is a huge plus. It makes ClickUp a very practical choice for businesses or individuals who want to keep project management and connected tools all in one place.
Cons
A couple of things were harder to adjust to with it. The biggest issue was not being able to get a clear overview of all my tasks at a quick glance. Because there are so many features and customization settings, scanning the task list and immediately knowing what needed attention was not as simple as I wanted. The interface also felt a little overwhelming at the beginning. With all the icons and different functions, it took a while to learn where everything was and get comfortable using it.

“Replaced three tools”
Pros
Moving to this tool let us replace three separate tools, Asana, Miro and Jira and bring the whole team onto one platform. Before that, the tech team was on Jira while the marketing and growth teams worked in Asana so everything felt split. With it, everyone now works in one place and nearly all the features we need are available there. It has worked especially well for sprint planning and overall project planning. We also rely on it a lot to clearly separate bugs, issues and new development tasks while keeping proper timelines in place.
Cons
Honestly, I've been happy with almost everything. If I had to mention one area that could be better, it would be team communication features.

“easy to get the hang of”
Pros
At first, I wasn't convinced there was a real need to move over to this solution. After using it though, it turned out to be a platform that's simple to pick up and easy to integrate into the way we work. It runs efficiently and I really value how well it connects with almost any other software we use.
Cons
At the start, I occasionally struggled a bit with the navigation and with locating everything I needed.

“Extremely flexible”
Pros
There are plenty of ways to organize tasks which makes it really flexible. You can share projects with other people for accountability or when you're working on tasks together. It's also helpful that documents can be added and shared in the same place. I don't personally use the time tracking feature but I can definitely see how useful it would be for anyone who needs to log hours on specific projects.
Cons
I'd like a true quick-add option so I can enter something first and fill in the details later. There is a notepad feature but I'd prefer to add a single item without being required to include extra details right away.

“Quick onboarding”
Pros
It covers pretty much everything needed to manage work in one place. It's very simple to use, onboarding staff only takes a few minutes and there's really no need to rely on other tools. It on its own feels completely sufficient.
Cons
With larger lists especially when there are more than 200 tasks, moving items around and drag-and-drop can occasionally run into some issues.

Pros
It gives me a clear view of how much work has already been completed and what's still left to handle. I also really appreciate how quickly their team rolls out new features.

“too buggy”
Pros
The platform stands out for how customizable it is and how many features it includes. Time tracking has been a big plus for us and dependencies are really useful too. There are tons of things you can do and multiple ways to set them up although that flexibility can feel a bit overwhelming at times.
Cons
The biggest problem has been stability because the system is quite buggy. When creating tasks or other items, they sometimes get duplicated or fail to appear, then correct themselves after a browser refresh. There also seem to be frequent server issues and that's honestly the main reason we're considering moving away from it. Updates come out regularly but they feel more focused on adding new features than actually improving the overall experience. On top of that, the automations are pretty limited so we've had to rely on Zapier to fill the gaps. Another frustrating issue is that the account creator gets added as a watcher to every single task which leads to a flood of notifications and there's no setting to disable it. The only workaround we've found is creating an automation to remove yourself from each task automatically.

“Huge range of options”
Pros
There's a huge range of options and features and you can pretty much do whatever you imagine with your project.
Cons
It's really slow. We even switched the company's internet provider hoping that would solve it but the issue was still there and we couldn't find any way to fix it.

“Helps boost productivity”
Pros
It has really helped boost productivity especially for professionals who tend to struggle with staying organized. It brings the whole team together in one workspace and makes communication with everyone work wonderfully. We've definitely benefited a lot from using it.
Cons
Honestly, everything in it works exactly as it should. I haven't run into any problems with it and don't have any issues to mention here.
