I value being able to organize multiple clients, assign each one to the right team members and keep those clients visible only to the relevant people. It helps my team stay focused and prevents them from feeling overloaded by having too many tasks in front of them at once.

It covers just about every project management need in one place, from task tracking and team collaboration to email integration, document handling and workflow automation. It makes managing projects much simpler overall and the ability to build custom views and share them with others is especially useful.

Set up at the beginning can be a bit complicated. The large number of features can also feel overwhelming at first and the interface could definitely use some refinement.

this platform feels very user-friendly to work with and the flexibility/customization is a big plus. We're able to organize folders around our main areas of responsibility and then create ClickUp tickets for each specific task that needs to be completed. On top of that, the interface makes it simple for anyone to get a clear high-level view of project progress, including which tasks are moving forward and which ones are still stalled.

Honestly, I don't have any real complaints. It has been a very convenient tool to use.

Using it has been a really positive experience overall. It has helped me stay on track with my goals and I appreciate how it supports different ways of viewing work. I can keep each project on its own Kanban Board while also checking a day-by-day task list which is exactly what I need. It also works well for handling marketing, design and print production projects, even though each of those follows a very different workflow.

The part I enjoy the least is the calendar. Time blocking and assigning tasks there can be frustratingly difficult. There are too many buttons and if you miss completing the date or time field which happens pretty often, you usually have to start the whole process over again. It feels unnecessarily tedious.

It is really versatile so it can be adapted to the way you personally work. You can choose between Kanban, task view and other options depending on what fits your workflow best.

The automations still feel a bit limited and I'm hoping this feature gets improved soon.

This tool has been a very user-friendly and budget-friendly for us and its adaptability is a huge plus. The interface looks impressive and the level of customization is honestly remarkable. It really feels like there's very little it can't handle. The flexibility in its project and task management features has been incredibly valuable as we've worked out the best way to fit it into our workflow.

Some of the features are fairly complex so it can be hard to use the app well without first getting familiar with how everything works. Since new features are added so often, it can sometimes feel a bit difficult to fully understand. That said, the customer support team has always been friendly and quick to respond whenever help was needed.

I can manage my team the way I've always wanted. It lets me assign targets and monitor progress every day without any hassle. To me, this feels like the best project management software out there and I genuinely love using it.

I appreciate how much control it gives you over project management. The Dashboards feel like a custom mission control center and the advanced filters, search and sorting make it much faster to track down tasks. Drag-and-drop editing is handy for quick changes and the platform is flexible enough to work for different team sizes and workflows. Templates speed up task setup, while automations cut down on repetitive work and save time. The Chat view is useful for real-time conversations and it handles multiple projects well. I also appreciate features like multiple assignees, assigned comments that turn feedback into action items, collaboration detection and real-time editing. Having offline mode, a feature-rich free version and mobile apps for both Android and iOS makes it even more practical.

Cons

A few things still hold it back. Dashboards cannot be exported which is disappointing if you need to share reporting outside the platform. Pricing is another concern since users have noticed regular subscription increases without a matching improvement in service and it tends to go up more often than some competing project management tools. The software can also feel overwhelming at first because there is a lot to learn before you can really take advantage of everything it offers. On top of that, project organization could be better since new projects automatically appear at the bottom of the list and there are no sorting options to arrange them the way you want.

It gives you a huge range of features and the flexibility is what really makes it stand out. You can set it up and use it in a way that fits your workflow and just about anything you'd want from a project management tool is already built into the platform.

Because there are so many features packed into it, it can sometimes feel a bit overwhelming. There are moments when it's not immediately clear how to use certain tools or which feature makes the most sense for a specific task.

After being so impressed with this software, I actually created a second account just to stay organized at home. My partner and I use it to track household chores together and it gives us a clear way to communicate about each task.

Offers a really solid free plan and the paid options are reasonably priced too. I moved over from Asana because the interface felt cleaner and the overall UX was better than a lot of other software I tried. The customization options are also a big plus.

it can be a little confusing to tell the difference between spaces and dashboards. Getting to the settings also feels more complicated than it really should be.
